Dopo essermi fidato di quanto Dettomi in piu occasioni da uno dei loro addetti - non faccio nomi -, ossia che il loro incarico per quell’appartamento era in esclusiva e che l’altra agenzia non era autorizzata (con tanto di rassicurazioni via whatsapp) faccio offerta che viene accettata dal venditore. Vengo richiamato dopo qualche giorno da questo addetto il quale mi riferisce che “purtroppo” l’altra agenzia aveva in mano un’offerta migliore. Segue tentativo di “percularmi” con tesi assurde sull’accaduto e convincermi a fare nuova offerta. Onesti. Complimenti. There were two ads on real estate.it related to the property that interested me. After having trusted what I said on several occasions by one of their employees - I don't mention names -, that their assignment for that apartment was exclusive and that the other agency was not authorized (with a lot of reassurance via whatsapp) offer that is accepted by the seller. I am called back after a few days by this employee who tells me that "unfortunately" the other agency was holding a better offer. There is an attempt to "beat" me with absurd claims about what happened and convince me to make a new offer. Onesti. Congratulations.

Peccato, cosi si perdono i potenziali clienti. ci siamo risentiti, tutto risolto. We called twice to ask for info and the possibility of visiting one of their properties and nobody called us back (Ventura seller). Too bad, so you lose potential customers. we resented, all fixed.
