★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Non rispondono mail telefono, se rispondono sono maleducati. Quando vai lì ti trattano anche peggio. Giusto per dire l'ultima: sono andata lì per un servizio che pago da anni; ricevo una lettera in cui mi si dice di presentarmi allo sportello alla prima occasione utile. Quando arrivo e faccio vedere la lettera la ragazza che mi accoglie mi risponde con fare scocciato che lei non sa nulla, più mi dicono che avrei dovuto prendere appuntamento... Peccato che sulla lettera non ci sono né contatti telefonici né mail. Mi invitano ad uscire e ritornare dopo 2 ore!!!! Certo!!! Perché io non ho altro da fare durante il giorno. Pessimi. Sto cercando un altra banca.
Bad. They don't answer the phone, if they answer they are rude. When you go there they treat you even worse. Just to say the last: I went there for a service that I have been paying for for years; I receive a letter telling me to show up at the counter at the earliest opportunity. When I arrive and show the letter, the girl who welcomes me replies with annoyance that she does not know anything, plus they tell me that I should have made an appointment ... Too bad there are no telephone or email contacts on the letter. They invite me to go out and come back after 2 hours !!!! Sure!!! Because I have nothing else to do during the day. Bad. I am looking for another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I AVOID this branch. They are rude, not professional and if you are foreign they insult you and shout on the phone. I was blocked in Dublin with my card blocked and I called for their help, one of their staff insulted me because I didn't refer to her as 'lei' and she is in Italy and I need to speak to her with correct Italian. I replied in English, she spoke back to me is really bad English. If you want a professional branch or at least a bank where they aren't uneduacated chose another branch. VIA LARGA BRANCH is the worst service I have ever received.
