Successivamente, alla data del 1 Luglio 2021 la Banca senza nessuna comunicazione allo scrivente abbassava all' 1% gli interessi lordi. Ho cercato di chiedere informazioni per telefono (impossibile parlare con gli operatori), per e-mail, via PEC, ma non ho mai avuto risposta. Pazienterò ancora qualche giorno, dopodiché ritirerò il mio capitale e, ovviamente, cambiando in peggio la valutazione sulla Banca Progetto. Luis. I have been a client of Banca Progetto since 9 September 2020 and until the end of June 2021 everything went well with an interest of 1.25% and stamp duty paid by the Bank. Subsequently, on 1 July 2021, the Bank, without any communication to the writer, lowered gross interest to 1%. I tried to ask for information by phone (impossible to speak with the operators), by e-mail, via PEC, but I never got an answer. I will be patient for a few more days, after which I will withdraw my capital and, obviously, changing the evaluation on the Project Bank for the worse. Luis.

Sono molto contenta soprattutto perchè mi assicura un buon rendimento e il bollo è a carico della banca. Processo di apertura semplicissimo e veloce anche per me che non mi considero proprio tecnologica. Ho utilizzato anche il customer care per avere alcune delucidazioni, gentilissimi e preparati. s	simone santin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piacerebbe sapere se c'è una sede fisica con uno sportello attivo dove potersi presentare in caso di problemi (viste le tante recensioni negative sul call center) perchè da street view di maps in Piazza Armando Diaz 1 Milano non vedo nessuna insegna della banca mi risulta che sia un bar... grazie! I would like to know if there is a physical office with an active counter where you can present yourself in case of problems (given the many negative reviews on the call center) because from the street view of maps in Piazza Armando Diaz 1 Milan I do not see any bank sign. turns out to be a bar ... thanks!

Devo dire che ad un anno di distanza sono molto soddisfatta. Non ho una movimentazione e gestione molto attiva ma quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza o informazioni il servizio clienti è sempre stato tempestivo nelle risposte e risolutivo.
