A fronte di ció mi sento di poter consigliare questa societá . I have viewed the real estate proposals of this agency on their website. They seemed interesting to me and I contacted them. They were very courteous giving me assistance also on issues not strictly concerning the property for which I had called, dedicating a lot of time. L'agenzia ha gli stessi prezzi e costi di ogni altra agenzia di Milano ma di sicuro non offre gli stessi servizi. Sì tratta di un'azienda che deve essere rovinosamente a corto di personale poiché anche solo rispondere al telefono sembra essere per loro un'impresa difficile. In un mercato veloce come quello degli immobili a Milano, la comunicazione rapida è tutto. Per ben due volte sono stato pronto a fare un'offerta a prezzo pieno ma non sono nemmeno riuscito a comunicarla perché le mie telefonate sono rimaste senza risposta. Dopo molto tempo perduto sono stato costretto a rivolgermi altrove. Rivolgersi altrove è appunto l'unico consiglio che offro. If I had to define my experience in one word it would be: frustrating. The agency has the same prices and costs as any other agency in Milan but certainly does not offer the same services. Yes, it is a company that must be ruinously short staffed as even just answering the phone seems to be a difficult undertaking for them. In a fast market like that of real estate in Milan, fast communication is everything. Twice I have been ready to make a full price offer but I have not even been able to communicate it because my calls have remained unanswered. After a long lost time I was forced to turn elsewhere. Going elsewhere is precisely the only advice I offer.
