Nonostante la mia chiamata fosse esclusivamente informativa sono stato trattato con il massimo della cordialità e della professionalità dalla coordinatrice al telefono, la quale è riuscita a rispondere a tutte le mie domande.
Al momento non ho ancora avuto l'opportunità di interfacciarmi con altri membri dello staff ma se il sevizio è il medesimo dell'accoglienza non avrò sicuramente problemi.
