e	edoardo stazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilmente accolti da un anziana vecchietta per vedere l'immobile, abbiamo subito capito che qualcosa non andava, l'anziana signora si è rifiutata di farci vedere il contratto prima di pagare l'acconto, assicurandoci che questo era un normale contratto di affitto, quando invece conteneva varie clausole specifiche .Trattano immobili molto belli ma nella mia esperienza hanno fornito informazioni lacunose e poco chiare.Senza ombra di dubbio una delle peggiori agenzie possiate trovare a Milano. Kindly welcomed by an elderly old woman to see the building, we immediately realized that something was wrong, the old lady refused to let us see the contract before paying the deposit, assuring us that this was a normal rental contract, when instead it contained various specific clauses. They treat very beautiful properties but in my experience they have provided incomplete and unclear information. Without a shadow of a doubt one of the worst agencies you can find in Milan.

Da almeno 30 anni la "anziana vecchietta" gestisce la locazione dei beni immobiliari della mia famiglia ed ora anche i miei senza avere mai avuto nulla da eccepire, sempre disponibile anche fuori orario canonico di lavoro. Ma poi il contratto l hai visto o no? Fai delle dichiarazioni contrastanti e comunque i contratti contengono clausole stabilite dalla legge! Certe dochiarazioni non dovrebbero rimanere impunite. I am amazed to read the review by Stazio. For at least 30 years the "old woman old" has managed to manage the lease of my family's real estate and now my family too, without ever having to complain about anything, always available even outside the normal working hours. But then did you see the contract or not? Make conflicting statements and in any case the contracts contain clauses established by law! Certain reports should not go unpunished.

Personalmente mi sono avvalso più volte della competenza e della pluriennale conoscenza del mercato immobiliare di questa “storica” agenzia milanese riscontrando sempre risposte adeguate e soluzioni commisurate non solo alle mie esigenze ma anche a quelle di coloro ai quali ho suggerito di avvalersi di questo team di professionisti immobiliari. Personally, I have made use of the expertise and many years of knowledge of the real estate market of this "historic" Milanese agency several times, always finding adequate answers and solutions commensurate not only with my needs but also with those of those to whom I have suggested using this team of real estate professionals.

Ci rechiamo dall'altra parte di Milano dopo aver chiesto un permesso di lavoro per appuntamento concordato il pomeriggio precedente (ero in vivavoce e abbiamo sentito la data e orario comunicati con ben 4 orecchie). Dopo qualche chiamata a vuoto finalmente ci risponde una signora dai modi molto sgarbati che ci comunica che l'appuntamento a lei risulta in agenda per il giorno seguente e che noi avevamo di sicuro sbagliato. Leggo recensioni di persone con episodi simili..la signora in maniera molto confusionaria ha anche farfugliato qualcosa in merito a una persona per lo stesso appartamento che non si era presentata all'appuntamento quel giorno...magari avevano comunicato anche a lui la data e orario sbagliati? Bad experience with this agency. We go to the other side of Milan after having asked for a work permit by appointment agreed the previous afternoon (I was on speakerphone and we heard the date and time communicated with 4 ears). Not introducing anyone, we call the agency. After a few empty calls, we are finally answered by a lady with a very rude manner who tells us that the appointment with her is on the agenda for the following day and that we were certainly wrong. I read reviews of people with similar episodes ... the lady in a very confusing way also mumbled something about a person for the same apartment who had not shown up for the appointment that day ... maybe they had also communicated the date to him and wrong time?

Ho trattato direttamente con lei prima e con sua figlia dopo, affidandomi completamente . La signora Gabriella, con la sua esperienza tratta le proprietà come fossero sue e con la gentilezza che la contraddistingue oltre a propormi l'immobile mi ha anche proposto soluzioni su come renderlo più adatto alle mie esigenze in maniera chiara ed ineccepibile. I dealt directly with her first and with her daughter after, trusting myself completely. Ms. Gabriella, with her experience, treats the properties as if they were hers and with the kindness that distinguishes her, as well as offering me the property, she also offered me solutions on how to make it more suitable for my needs in a clear and impeccable way. Super recommended.
