senza la minima voglia di lavorare e disponibilità verso le persone che chiedono informazioni. Chiamando per richiedere di poter parlare con un ufficio specifico mi dice che "finche chiamo senza fare l'interno è logico che mi debba rispondere lui". oh bravo, ma se uno chiama per la prima volta il centralino è li apposta.
