Siamo stati ricevuti all'ingresso con gentilezza, disponibilità, professionalità e grande umanità.
Ci sono stati consegnati con la massima sollecitudine i documenti di presenza in Italia, nonostante il grande affollamento.
Grazie di cuore, siete un magnifico esempio di cos'è la Polizia di Stato.
 I accompanied four Ukrainian war refugees, a mother with three children, to this police station.
We were received at the entrance with kindness, availability, professionalism and great humanity.
The documents of presence in Italy were delivered to us with the utmost promptness, despite the great crowding.
Thank you very much, you are a magnificent example of what the State Police is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata vittima di una truffa. Per poco non mi prosciugavano il conto. Per fortuna me ne sono accorta e ho stornato il bonifico truffaldino in tempo. In questa centrale mi è stato impedito di denunciare l'accaduto perchè, testuali parole: "Non prendiamo denunce per tentata truffa". Ho risolto la cosa solo perché ho segnalato l'accaduto sul sito della polizia postale la quale ha ripreso il personale di questa centrale. Solo allora sono sono stata richiamata e invitata a sporgere denuncia.
I was the victim of a scam. They nearly drained my bill. Luckily I noticed and canceled the fraudulent transfer in time. In this plant I was prevented from reporting the incident because, in exact words: "We do not take complaints for attempted fraud". I solved it only because I reported the incident on the website of the postal police which took over the staff of this station. Only then was I called back and asked to file a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Police Station - have been there 2 times for taking the residence permit. They are very fast and professional. In respect to the given appointment time, they were never more than 30min late, which is good if you take into consideration how many requests they have. For the information, you can ask the policeman at the gate - no need for entering and waiting the line in order to ask a question.
