★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera...metto una stellina perchè non ho la possibilità non metterne ..sono rimasta delusa dal comportamento di questa azienda...i primi giorni di ottobre a mia zia le regalavano due creme: "AVÈNE DERMABSOLU" sia quella da giorno che quella da notte. Da premettere che nonnha alcuna allergia....Appena la metteva le usciva uno sfogo sul viso e sul collo...e per questo motivo inviava sia una mail all'azienda sia riferiva l'accaduto alla farmacia comunale di Torino Corso Corsica dove avevano effettuato l'acquisto. Come da richiesta dell'azienda inviava anche una foto del volto e delle creme acquistate....ma per non prolungarmi non è stata nè rimborsata,nè le hanno proposto un buono per un altro acquisto!! CHE DELUSIONE...PENSAVAMO FOSSERO PRODOTTI DI QUALITÀ.......

I was disappointed by the behavior of this company ... in the first days of October my aunt gave her two creams: "AVÈNE DERMABSOLU" both day and day by night. As soon as she put it on her face and neck came out a rash ... and for this reason she sent both an email to the company and reported the incident to the municipal pharmacy in Turin Corso Corsica where they had made the purchase. As per the company's request, she also sent a photo of the face and the creams purchased .... but in order not to prolong me she was neither refunded nor offered a voucher for another purchase !! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ... WE THOUGHT THEY WERE QUALITY PRODUCTS .......
