★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cordiale e non orientato al problem solving. Comprato un’orologio 2 mesi fa, si è rotto il cinturino per evidenti problemi di fabbrica. Sono andata con l’orologio al negozio chiedendo cosa si poteva fare. Mi hanno risposta molto freddamente “ niente “. Peccato, in generale potrebbero avere orologi carini, ma non sanno comportarsi in modo adeguato con i clienti.
Staff not very friendly and not oriented towards problem solving. Bought a watch 2 months ago, the strap broke due to obvious factory problems. I went to the shop with my watch asking what could be done. They replied very coldly "nothing". Too bad, in general they might have nice watches, but they don't know how to behave properly with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono ottimi orologi di marca e anche bigiotteria.... prezzi super scontati.. 70% e a volte oltre.... ho preso più orologi qui ... mai avuto problemi.... bisogna passare ogni tanto perché vedere i nuovi prodotti arrivati... la signora è gentilissima.. spiega tutti i pro e contro degli articoli.
There are excellent branded watches and even costume jewelery .... super discounted prices .. 70% and sometimes beyond .... I took more watches here ... never had any problems .... you have to go every now and then to see the new ones products arrived ... the lady is very kind .. explains all the pros and cons of the articles.
