C	Costanza De agostini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho svolto nel 2019 presso di loro il Corso di critica Enogastronomica, l'unica cosa positiva del corso sono state due insegnanti molto preparate, per il resto la scuola è inadeguata ai corsi che propone, in termini di costi, organizzazione e aspettative. Per fare lo stage chiedono un pagamento extra...Non la consiglio proprio, ci sono altre scuole, a Milano e online, con migliori referenze ! In 2019 I attended the Food and Wine Criticism Course with them, the only positive thing about the course were two very trained teachers, otherwise the school is inadequate for the courses it offers, in terms of costs, organization and expectations. To do the internship they ask for an extra payment ... I don't recommend it, there are other schools, in Milan and online, with better references!

All'inizio continuano a chiamare per dire che valuteranno con attenzione la tua candidatura, che ci vuole una forte motivazione per entrarvi, e la lettera motivazionale, e il consiglio che deve decidere chi far entrare e chi no e bla bla bla...Nel momento in cui poi decidi di iscriverti, danno pochissimo tempo per fare il versamento della quota, puntano sulla fretta e sul creare pressione, io inoltre non essendo laureata ho chiesto via mail ragguagli circa lo stage, che da quanto avevo capito non potevo fare ma le informazioni erano nebulose... Invece di rispondermi via mail, mi hanno furbescamente chiamato dicendomi che lo stage era facoltativo e se volevo avrei potuto aggiungere successivamente la quota per parteciparvi, ma una volta iniziato il corso mi è stato detto l'opposto! Ovviamente non avevo prove scritte di ciò che mi era stato detto al telefono, quindi era la mia parola contro la loro! Iniziato il corso poi ci sono stati innumerevoli problemi con il materiale didattico, le dispense, e l'organizzazione delle lezioni. Tornassi indietro mai più! Instead of answering me via email, they cunningly called me saying that the internship was optional and if I wanted I could later add the fee to participate, but once the course started I was told the opposite! I obviously had no written evidence of what I was told on the phone, so it was my word against theirs! After starting the course there were countless problems with the teaching material, the handouts, and the organization of the lessons. Never go back!

Poi una settimana prima annullano il corso e lo ripropongono mesi dopo con orari completamente diversi. Alla mia richiesta di rimborso ovviamente cercano di cambiare orari. li mantengono ma posticipando di parti due mesi. alla mia nuova richiesta di rimborso mi dicono che li hanno spostati per me. tutto via mail, o meglio, con chiamate da parte mia. Corso da maggio spostato a novembre e intanto i soldi se li stanno tenendo loro. Questo non è attento servizio al cliente. Total lack of professionalism. Initially all polite, continuous calls to congratulate everyone on the registration. Then a week before they cancel the course and propose it again months later with completely different times. At my refund request, they obviously try to change hours. they keep them but postponing parts by two months. on my new refund request they tell me that they moved them for me. all via email, or rather, with calls from me. Course moved from May to November and in the meantime they are keeping the money. This is not attentive customer service.

I docenti preparati, pazienti e per nulla noiosi, sono riusciti a creare un atmosfera piacevole, argomentare gli argomenti del corso in modo approfondito e dimostrativo. Arricchito il tutto da una miriade di argomenti trattati anche fuori dal programma. Esperienza che consiglio caldamente a chi, come me, vuole avvicinarsi al mondo della cucina molecolare per arricchire il proprio bagaglio d'esperienza. The trained, patient and not at all boring teachers managed to create a pleasant atmosphere, argue the topics of the course in an in-depth and demonstrative way.
