The person who gave us the keys was a little bit rude to be honest. But besides that the cars are clean and in a great state. When you come to get your keys they will note all the 'imperfections' like scratches, etc. They ask you to help look for them, I suggest you do. We had to wait around 30 minutes before it was our turn. I do suggest this place by the way. (We got a van)

Not even 1 star worth! We arrived at night and the car didn’t get checked narrowly.When we wanted to give the car back, they checked every inch of the car. They found a little little scratch on the wheel and we had to pay 98€ for that. That’s a joke, because it was so tiny and we are almost 100% sure we didn’t do it! Since there’s a deposit we couldn’t do anything against it. Long story short, that’s how they do their money? Cannot recommend this place at all, it sucks!

I needed a small car for a business/family trip to the Naples/Sorrento area - and - I missed my flight - well, Air France made me miss it :-( - so, by only having the chance to take a late flight on the day on which I was supposed to arrive at AutoOne at 12:00PM - I arrived past 22:00PM, at which time the place is normally already closed - but - whenI phoned them p from Paris, explaining my situation, I was friendly, pleasantly and helpfully "calmed down" - that, to my surprise, joy and relief someone from the Staff waited for me to help me to get my car - although that Gentleman could have already gone home - it was just great!!! I had a small Renault Twingo who served me well in the days I was in the area - and as pleasantly friendly the "getting it" was - as smooth and friendly it was to give the car back - I surely will use the service of AutoOne again - the are close to the Airport Napoli Capodichino - the service is perfect - and their cars are perfect and in excellent condition. Thanks for the ride you people allowed me to have!!! I'll certainly be back!

Waited in line for over an hour to start the pick-up process. Every single customer in line before us had their reservation vehicle downgraded to either an older model or smaller car. The staff was not friendly at all and made us feel like we were not welcome there. They charged extra for an early pickup, despite the time being confirmed on the reservation voucher. The deposit was 700€ for a 200€ rental! Don't be fooled by the low initial prices. They will find every possible way to charge you extra.

They are very late both at pick up and return. They dont have separate services for these 2 functions. As a result there is a long queue waiting for both services. They asked for extra docs at pick up such as our return airticket. And at the end they charged 43€ for a little scratch on the wheel.

Very bad service! Impossible to contact their rental car office. We rented a car which broke down during the rental. It took us hours and several tries to reach the "emergency" number. They promised to call back, but that never happened. At the end we made it back ourselves and were able to get a car in exchange the next day, but that's just when the trouble started... As I had an external insurance, I paid for the damage in their office and gave the papers to my insurance. The insurance discovered several mistakes (papers not signed by the office, wrong plate numbers in contracts...). Since WEEKS I'm trying to get a simple confirmation of the case for my insurance, just a simple E-Mail...with no success. I wrote to several different e-mail addresses with no response at all. I even called several times and several numbers. Either no one picks up, you get kicked out of the line after some minutes or the person picking up only speaks Italian. Once I reached an English speaking lady who promised to answer the next day, that answer never happened. My personal damage ist > 250€ because I don't get a simple confirmation by mail.
