Ho chiesto una sim ricaricabile e mi hanno fatto un abbonamento 24 mesi con dati di residenza falsi e dati bancari falsi. Non rispondono al telefono e non ho modo di contattarli; sono una trappola per turisti. Procederò con un esposto a wind se non alla polizia.
 SCAMS!
I asked for a rechargeable sim and they made me a 24 month subscription with fake residence details and fake bank details. They don't answer the phone and I have no way of contacting them; I'm a tourist trap. I will proceed with a complaint to wind if not to the police.

E qui troviamo tutto ciò. Voglio complimentarmi con wind3 per aver assunto un ragazzo fuori da qualsiasi schema , la sincerità e' la prima cosa che traspare dalla chiaccherata con lui... Ex cliente tre , sono uscito cliente wind3 con un Xiaomi mi 10 t , un cubo per la connessione a casa e un caffè ( offerto da lui) Simone complimenti e spero che diventerai un responsabile perché te lo meriti! Cliente ormai da 4 mesi , entrato per un iPhone e sono uscita con uno xiaomi ( ancora devo capire come ha fatto a. Convincermi ??) ma sono davvero soddisfatta ? , consiglio a tutti questo negozio.
Small shop well maintained, clean. The soul of this shop is the guy who is there, who is sincere without mincing words and tells you the cheapest offer. Il negozio di per se e' molto pulito , ma molto vecchio, sicuramente una ristrutturazione ci starebbe. MA troviamo Simone, che alla mia domanda se era il responsabile mi ha risposto " sono uno che vende emozioni" , simpatico , estroverso , PREPARATO e la sua gentilezza e la sua voglia di trovare una soluzione a tutto non ha eguali. Sono entrato per chiedere informazioni, sono uscito con un xiaomi mi 10, e la linea fissa a casa e un caffè offerto da lui.
Sono passato ieri mattina e non trovando Simone ho parlato con una ragazza che mi ha risposto in malo modo alla mia richiesta di un preventivo per un iphone 12. Ho chiamato Simone e ho preso con lui appuntamento. ( perché vi lascia anche il numero di cellulare in caso di bisogno )
Il negozio lo stra consiglio, ma parlate con Simone.
I never do reviews, but I couldn't not do it for this shop.
The shop itself is very clean, but very old, definitely needs a makeover. BUT we find Simone, who to my question if he was responsible replied "I am one who sells emotions", nice, outgoing, PREPARED and his kindness and his desire to find a solution to everything is unparalleled. I went in to ask for information, I went out with a xiaomi mi 10, and the landline at home and a coffee offered by him.
I passed by yesterday morning and not finding Simone, I spoke to a girl who replied badly to my request for a quote for an iphone 12. I called Simone and made an appointment with him. (because it also leaves you the mobile number in case of need)
I recommend the shop, but talk to Simone.
