★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Wind Mobile is one of the cheapest LTE network with pre-paid tariff in Italy. 15€ only in this shop. Elsewhere minimum 20€. The con is that you have to wait 3-4 hours for SIM activation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give these idiots no stars only if you could. I went there at 7.28 and apparently they are closed. When the closing time should be at 7.45. I might change to Vodafone.. Seems like you get better deals and better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally it was the unique 3 Store out of three that I visited that was really helpful, the stay open until I finish all the operations to change the corrupted Sim card, I had, even if it was late and they were supposed to be already closed.They are really qualified and helpful quality that are very rare to find in this kind of store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been turned away at this location three times when it was more than an hour before they closed. Today I was told (12/09/20) that I arrived too late when I arrived at 18:20. They normally close at 19:30, thought their sign says 19:45. The employee today has shoulder length blonde hair. But it has happened with other employees as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I charged 30€ in the app to have credit for internet, the money is taken but the internet is not working at all, it claims that I’m lack of money. I went to this shop to find solution as I’m suggested by other WINDTRE shop. However, they cannot give any solution, neither trying to find out what happened. They simply just turned me away to make phone call to the customer service myself, with very angry tone. I made the phone call, and guess what, they told me to go to the shop to find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked to reactivate a number, got immediately dismissed saying it’s impossible. Just called the customer service and discovered that is very much possible. The owner just didn’t care. TERRIBLE SERVICE GO TO ANOTHER WIND STORE!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showing Sunday closed at 8pm on Google website. Arrived 6:50pm after 30 minutes of walking , the guy inside decided to lock the door and waved to me closed sign with his hand .. even if they close 7:30 0r 7:00pm . 6:45pm return me back!!!!...all I need it data sim card for 48 hours to navigate my phone around Milan. Go to Vodafone instead but its €40. I will just use my Milan paper map forget it .
