★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a chiedere informazioni sulla riparazione del tasto di accensione del mio cellullare (un motorola) e mi è stato comunicato un prezzo. Quando sono tornata la settimana dopo per effettuarla il prezzo era aumentato di 5 euro. Il problema vero però è stato che il pezzo riparato si è rotto dopo dopo 43 giorni e la loro garanzia dura 30 giorni. Quando sono andata a lamentarmi, il commesso ha sottolineato che era passato più di un mese (infatti ben 13 giorni in più) e che loro avevano fatto solo una piccola saldatura e non avevano sostituito il pezzo perchè il mio era funzionante. Sottolineo che non ero stata informata che avevano fatto solo la saldatura, ma soprattutto se una riparazione dura solo 13 giorni in più della loro garanzia non mi sembra proprio un servizio di qualità. Non è stato neanche molto cortese, ma su questo non mi soffermo.

The real problem however was that the repaired part broke after 43 days and their warranty lasts 30 days. When I went to complain, the clerk stressed that more than a month had passed (in fact 13 days more) and that they had only made a small welding and had not replaced the piece because mine was working. I stress that I had not been informed that they had only done the welding, but above all if a repair lasts only 13 days longer than their guarantee, it does not seem to me a quality service. He was not very polite either, but I don't dwell on that.

Mi hanno preso 100 euro per la sostituzione dello schermo che dopo due giorni ha smesso di funzionare. In più la riparazione è sena garanzia.
Inoltre mi hanno detto che il telefono sarebbe stato pronto entro 2 ore emmezza, tre al massimo, sono andata dopo cinque ore e ho dovuto aspettare un'ora in negozio prima che il telefono fosse pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIU'. avevo un iPhone 6 e sottolineo AVEVO. era perfetto, a novembre mi si ruppe il display e l'ho portato a sistemare in questo negozio. ebbene il simpatico dipendente mi dice che c'è un display di 50 euro ed uno di 70, chiedo che differenza c'è fra la qualità dei due, mi risponde che c'è una minima differenza, pertanto opto per quello di 50 euro. sistemato dopo poco più di un ora, lo schermo era penoso, qualità pari a zero, il simpatico mi risponde "eh tu hai chiesto quello di 50 euro", per cui do una differenza di altri 20 euro e me lo sostituisce con quello di buona qualità, appena tornata a casa riscontro un problema col wifi, ossia non trovo più le reti internet, tuttavia credevo fosse un problema di software perché non aggiornavo il dispositivo da mesi, problema non risolto perché il tipo asseriva che loro non avevano interagito con l'antenna wifi durante la sostituzione del display.
Fino a metà della scorsa settimana il mio iphone6 funzionava(eccetto il wifi),poi ha cominciato a fare capricci. il display si staccava continuamente, schermo completamente nero, ma risulta acceso, funziona ad intermittenza con pause anche di 4 ore.
vado in negozio per farmelo controllare, ebbene stavolta il simpaticone, dopo averlo fatto smontare mi dice che ci vogliono 70 euro per la sostituzione del nuovo display e altri 20-30 euro per la sostituzione della batteria, perché a suo avviso, era danneggiata.
pertanto, se avessi saputo che avrei dovuto spendere ben 170 euro, mi sarei rivolta all'apple store. morale della favola non andrò mai più in quel negozio, non spenderò nemmeno 5 euro per una cover.

NEVER AGAIN'. I had an iPhone 6 and I stress I HAD. it was perfect, in November my display broke and I took it to fix in this shop. well the nice employee tells me that there is a display of 50 euros and one of 70, I ask what difference there is between the quality of the two, he replies that there is a minimum difference, so I opt for the one of 50 euros. fixed after a little more than an hour, the screen was painful, quality equal to zero, the sympathetic replied "eh you asked for the 50 euro", so I give a difference of another 20 euro and replace it with a good one quality, as soon as I get home I have a problem with the wifi, that is I can no longer find the internet networks, however I thought it was a software problem because I had not updated the device for months, problem not solved because the guy claimed that they had not interacted with the wifi antenna when replacing the display.
Up until the middle of last week my iphone6 was working (except wifi), then it started having a tantrum. the display came off continuously, screen completely black, but it is on, it works intermittently with pauses of up to 4 hours.
I go to the shop to have it checked, well this time the funny guy, after having it disassembled, tells me that it takes 70 euros to replace the new display and another 20-30 euros to replace the battery, because in his opinion, it was damaged.
therefore, if I had known that I would have to spend 170 euros, I would have turned to the apple store. moral of the story I will never go to that shop again, I will not even spend 5 euros for a cover.
NEVER AGAIN -------- NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma devo dare una recensione negativa. Mi hanno sostituito lo schermo di uno smartphone samsung, riparazione piuttosto costosa. Presto mi sono accorto che un'area dello schermo non recepisce i comandi touch. Lo riporto in negozio ma mi dicono che non vi è garanzia su queste riparazioni.
Nonostante i soldi spesi, non pochi, mi ritrovo con un cellulare che funziona male.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno riparato lo schermo dopo una brutta caduta e regalato la pellicola salvaschermo. Veloci, professionali e precisi, il telefono funziona perfettamente e ci hanno messo un quarto del tempo di quanto mi avevano preventivato gli altri riparatori che avevo contattato. Consigliato!
