★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovavo a Milano per piacere, insieme a mia moglie che, in seguito a una distorsione, rivelatasi in seguito una frattura, zoppicava vistosamente, rientrando in albergo, ci siamo avvicinati alla farmacia che stava abbassando la saracinesca per chiudere. Al mio cenno di richiesta di un attimo di tempo per acquistare un analgesico, mi hanno sorriso chiudendo la saracinesca. Evidenzio quindi una scarsa sensibilità e quindi professionalità. Il farmacista si è rivelato un mero commerciante.
I was in Milan for pleasure, together with my wife who, following a sprain, which later turned out to be a fracture, was limping conspicuously, returning to the hotel, we approached the pharmacy which was lowering the shutter to close. At my gesture of requesting a moment to buy an analgesic, they smiled at me closing the shutter. I therefore highlight a lack of sensitivity and therefore professionalism. The pharmacist turned out to be a mere trader.
