★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab dort ein Nexus 6p 32GB graphite Bestellt, das gerät wurde mir als neu verkauft hat etliche Gebrauchsspuren Kratzer und das Display ist schief eingebaut. Bis jetzt warte ich auf Antwort. Mal schauen was passiert!!! Der Support ist unterste Kanone.
 Have there a Nexus 6p 32GB graphite ordered, the device was sold to me as new has some signs of scratches and the display is installed wrong. Until now I wait for an answer. Let's see what happens!!! The support is the lowest cannon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab dort über amazon ein Huawei p8 gekauft, dieses weißt jetzt nach drei monatiger Nutzung etliche technische Mangel auf. Wollte das Gerät tauschen oder hält zurückschicken und das Geld zurück haben, aber die haben mir nur in einem nebenbei sehr schlechten deutsch mitgeteilt, dass meine Umtauschgarantie wohl abgelaufen sei und ich es nach Italien schicken muss, damit man es mir dort repariert. Musste erst amazon kontaktieren damit, die die noch mal anschreiben, denn ich schicke kein 3 Monate altes Handy zur Reparatur bei einem nicht selbst verursachten Schaden. War von meiner Seite aus aber auch doof über eine ausländische Firma zu bestellen... Gab nur leider zu dem Zeitpunkt keinen andere. Anbieter bei amazon
I bought a Huawei p8 via amazon, but after three months of using it, they have a lot of technical shortcomings. Wanted to swap the device or hold back and have the money back, but they have only informed me in a very bad German by the way, that my exchange guarantee has probably expired and I have to send it to Italy, so it will be fixed there. First I had to contact Amazon, who will write to them again, because I do not send a 3-month-old mobile phone for repair in case of damage not caused by myself. TRUFFA!!! Mi è stato venduto un cellulare Motorola OBSOLETO, NON RIPARABILE.
Hanno fatto in modo che scadesse la garanzia per non rimborsarmi.
Sono 2 ANNI che invio e-mail senza avere alcuna risposta. Chiamando il centralino, visualizzano il mio numero e non rispondono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone a year ago on the internet from them (god, never again...), which has an random overheating problem on the screen coupled with a severe drop of the battery life. I brought it twice to a reparation centre of Samsung which did useless reparations which didn't solve the problem at all. I decided to ask for an exchange of my phone, as this is what Costumer Service of Samsung advised me to do.
I called like, 10 times in 4 days. Never in my life i have been taken so little seriously!! "The director/costumer service will call you back today" "They will call you back in 30 minutes". I heard that promises 4 times, and no, i was never called back, and my mail never got answered either. This company is a joke, you better not have any problem with the product you got from them !!!
