Lo chiamo per chiedere informazioni su una stanza singola e mi risponde malissimo, senza neanche chiedermi quali sarebbero le mie necessità, dicendomi che ha già tanta gente in coda per quella stanza e che "a Milano funziona così" come se la maleducazione fosse una cosa normale. Una persona che non si merita di lavorare. Cretini
