Hanno seguito la vendita del mio immobile con una professionalità impeccabile. Di questi tempi ed in questo campo credo che tutto lo staff di questa agenzia sia una eccezionale conferma che la serietà nel lavorare bene non è sempre e solo una utopia. Consiglio a chi si cimenta sia come parte venditrice che come parte acquirente questa agenzia immobiliare che segue il cliente in ogni aspetto anche tecnico e amministrativo con molta competenza. Mi sono sentita seguita e supportata in ogni aspetto. Non di poco conto anche la veloce tempistica di chiusura della trattativa.

Con estremo piacere posso dire di aver trovato persone competenti, professionali, gentili. Hanno un'attenzione massima verso il cliente. Non potrei ritenermi più soddisfatta di così. Precedentemente presso altre agenzie che avevo contattato per alcuni immobili, durante il processo di ricerca della casa, ho incontrato solo persone meramente interessate al proprio tornaconto, senza la minima trasparenza verso l'acquirente. Best House Immobiliare per me è stato completamente un altro mondo, nonostante il mio scetticismo iniziale verso le agenzie immobiliari. Sono stata seguita in ogni passo, e sono stati disponibili in qualsiasi momento della compravendita, e anche successivamente. Ci sono state delle incompresioni con la ex proprietaria che non aveva sgombrato la cucina, e l'agenzia mi ha supportata anche successivamente all'acquisto per questo incoveniente. Presenti alla data del rogito con un quadernone a ganci separato in diverse categorie su tasse, condominio, tutte le informazioni sull'immobile e sul processo post acquisto della casa da seguire. Eccellenti in tutto. Ringrazio Paolo, Angelo, Simona e tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la competenza che hanno mostrato. È gente che oltre a saper fare il proprio lavoro, lo fa con una professionalità eccelsa.

I bought a house at the end of January, relying on the Best House Immobiliare agency in via Ronchi, Milan. With great pleasure I can say that I have found competent, professional, kind people. They have maximum attention to the customer. I couldn't be more satisfied than that. Previously at other agencies I had contacted for some properties, during the house search process, I only met people who were merely interested in their own gain, without the slightest transparency towards the buyer. Best House Real Estate was a whole other world for me, despite my initial skepticism of real estate agencies. I was followed in every step, and they were available at any time of the sale, and even afterwards. There were some misunderstandings with the former owner who had not cleared the kitchen, and the agency also supported me after the purchase for this inconvenience. Present on the date of the deed with a separate notebook with hooks in different categories on taxes, condominium, all the information on the property and on the post purchase process of the house to follow. Excellent in everything. I thank Paolo, Angelo, Simona and all the staff for the kindness, availability and competence they have shown. They are people who, in addition to knowing how to do their job, do it with excellent professionalism.
Absolutely satisfied!
If anything I will decide in the future to sell my property, I know with absolute certainty who to turn to.

Al tuo fianco per tutta la durata della vendita con relative pratiche burocratiche e cosa tanto gradita a fine vendita book fotografico della tua casa con le foto che avevano messo sul sito. Un bel ricordo. La consiglierei a 360gradi.
Serious and professional real estate agency, I sold my property at the right price in 15 days. By your side for the entire duration of the sale with related paperwork and what is so welcome at the end of the sale photo book of your home with the photos they had put on the site. A nice memory. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casualmente mi sono trovato alla Best House dopo tanto peregrinare tra Pseudo Agenzie, mia figlia si era appena trasferita a Milano per lavoro ed ero in cerca di un'immobile da acquistare .Il primo contatto è stata Simona gentilissima ,poi Agostino educatissimo proprio "nu buon guaglione"infine Paolo che ci ha seguito\supportato quasi con cura maniacale dal preliminare sino alla stipula del contratto . In poche parole sono competenti rispettosi e sopratutto corretti li consiglio a tutte quelle persone che non sanno a chi rivolgersi , inoltre ci hanno fatto conoscere 2 persone squisite Caterina e Vito i vecchi proprietari.

By chance I found myself at the Best House after so much wandering among Pseudo Agencies, my daughter had just moved to Milan for work and I was looking for a property to buy. The first contact was very kind Simona, then Agostino very polite just "nu buon guaglione "finally Paolo who followed us \ supported almost with obsessive care from the preliminary to the signing of the contract. In a nutshell they are competent respectful and above all correct I recommend them to all those people who do not know where to turn, also they introduced us to 2 exquisite people Caterina and Vito the old owners.
