Ottima strategia commerciale, con posizionamento realistico dell’immobile sul mercato (cioè non vi gasano con prezzi folli, e non svendono casa vostra: abbiamo venduto realizzando quasi il 50% in più sul prezzo di acquisto, avvenuto appena 5 anni prima, in appena tre giorni). Back Office (Grano) assolutamente impeccabile, supporto eccellente in fase di raccolta documentale pre-stipula e confronto continuo: siamo arrivati all’atto senza sorprese e nei tempi concordati con la controparte. Prendo appuntamento per visionare una casa a Milano sabato alle 16, venerdì non avendo avuto conferma dell'appuntamento chiamo l'agente che mi dice che si può vedere ma al mattino, gli spiego che non sarei riuscita ad arrivare che nel pomeriggio ma lui risponde che ha l'agenda pienissima, allora perché mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento pur sapendo che venivo da fuori?. Io ho prenotato un albergo. Avete anche pessime recensioni a cui sapete solo rispondere con arroganza. Total lack of professionalism and education.
