G	Giorgio De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto in ditta da oltre 30 anni un antifurto che ci ha sempre creato problemi di falsi allarme nella parte esterna. Abbiamo avuto negli anni vari padelloni a microonde nel perimetro del magazzino….negli anni abbiamo sperimentato varie modifiche: abbiamo tolto le siepi dell’ala nord perché ci dicevano che “sovraeccitavano le microonde”, abbiamo fatto spostare i paletti di supporto tre volte, abbiamo provato sensori ad effetto doppler che dovevano essere miracolosi…..ma niente, una media di 3 falsi allarmi a semestre. Per puro caso ho trovato sul web la mgx ed ho deciso di chiedere una consulenza gratuita, sinceramente senza grandi pretese. Il briefing col consulente è durato un intera mattinata, poi ha eseguito i rilievi in esterno ed analizzato cablaggio e centralina allarme. Questa ditta non rilascia preventivi via mail ma fa ritornare il consulente con un vero progetto e relative spiegazioni\costi. Secondo loro l’unica soluzione certificata stabile sarebbe stata un sistema interrato nel perimetro del capannone. Ci hanno fatto una proposta molto intelligente che inseriva anche delle telecamere termiche per accedere agli sgravi di industria 4.0. I lavori sono stati molto impegnativi, noi ci siamo interessati direttamente degli scavi e loro hanno fatto tutto il resto. Il sistema è operativo da oltre un anno ed, ad oggi, zero falsi allarmi. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti sia per i lavori che per l’approccio dell’ Ing. Minafò, veramente competente e metodico. For over 30 years we have had an anti-theft alarm in the company that has always created false alarm problems on the outside. Over the years we have had various microwave pans in the perimeter of the warehouse .... over the years we have experimented with various modifications: we have removed the hedges of the north wing because they told us that they "overexcited the microwaves", we moved the support poles three times, we tried doppler effect sensors that had to be miraculous… ..but nothing, an average of 3 false alarms per semester. By pure chance I found the mgx on the web and I decided to ask for a free consultation, sincerely without great demands. The briefing with the consultant lasted an entire morning, then he performed the external surveys and analyzed the wiring and alarm control unit. This company does not issue quotes via email but returns the consultant with a real project and related explanations \ costs. According to them, the only stable certified solution would have been an underground system in the perimeter of the shed. They made us a very intelligent proposal that also included thermal cameras to access industry 4.0 relief. The works were very demanding, we took an interest in the excavations and they did the rest. The system has been operating for over a year and, to date, zero false alarms. We are extremely satisfied with both the work and the truly competent and methodical approach of Eng. Minafò.

Quest’anno, a seguito del furto di un nostro vicino di negozio, abbiamo deciso di farci installare un antifurto nella nostra pasticceria. I tecnici sono stati rapidi ed hanno lavorato ad attività aperta senza creare disagio. Alla fine sono stati molto pazienti nello spiegarmi l’uso della app per usare l’impianto…che naturalmente è molto più avanzato e tecnologico di quello di casa. Come sempre una certezza, grazie. This year, as a result of the theft of a neighbor of the store, we decided to take us to install a burglar alarm in our pastry. Ho contattato varie aziende per avere più proposte da valutare e confrontarle con quelle della MGX, impresa che conosco da anni e che ha eseguito altri lavori a casa mia. Che dire, come sempre la loro consulenza si rivela una spanna sopra quella degli altri: tutte le ditte mi hanno proposto delle semplici telecamere IP con registratore e gestione remota, l’Ing. Minafò della MGX invece mi ha coinvolto in tematiche che non avevo neanche lontanamente considerato, come la protezione incendio nell’area di ricarica dei muletti e l’integrazione delle camere al sistema di allarme…Ho ricevuto un progetto dettagliato ed il preventivo di spesa, molto più alto degli altri. Alla fine ho comunque accettato la proposta e posso affermare che tutte le fasi di lavoro sono state all’altezza del loro consueto standard: dalla consulenza iniziale passando dai cablatori ed al tecnico informatico tutto si è svolto in modo impeccabile. Considerato il valore della merce all’interno della struttura sono convinto che avere investito in qualità dei componenti e della consulenza si rivelerà un ottimo investimento. What can I say, as always their advice turns out to be a notch above that of others: all the companies offered me simple IP cameras with recorder and remote management, Eng. Minafò from MGX, on the other hand, involved me in issues that I had not even considered, such as fire protection in the forklift charging area and the integration of the rooms into the alarm system ... I received a detailed project and a cost estimate, a lot higher than the others. In the end, however, I accepted the proposal and I can say that all the work phases lived up to their usual standard: from the initial consultancy, passing by the cabling and the IT technician, everything went smoothly. Considering the value of the goods inside the structure, I am convinced that having invested in the quality of the components and consultancy will prove to be an excellent investment.
