E' obbligo che l'installatore rilasci libretto impianto e CURIT attaccato alla caldaia. Come è spiegabile che questo si verifichi'? In negozio una segretaria che non sa dire altro che riferirà il messaggio. Oltretutto sono installatori e non assistenza quindi non avrebbero potuto farmi nemmeno l'accensione e non mi hanno fatto partire la garanzia. E per loro il controllo fumi non è da fare ogni anno... mi fermo qui. Mi hanno risolto un problema grandissimo dopo che un'altro idraulico mi aveva detto che avevo la canna fumaria troppo stretta e che avrebbero dovuto montare una canna fumaria esterna. Con loro venti minuti e problema risolto. I have just finished installing a boiler. Very professional and competent team. Kindness and courtesy run in their DNA. They solved a huge problem for me after another plumber told me that my chimney was too narrow and that they should have fitted an external chimney. Twenty minutes with them and the problem solved.

Operai super puliti e massima gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. Li stra consiglio…e fanno anhe le macchibe colorate!! Personale esperto e molto competente , appassionato del proprio lavoro ( dote più unica che rara di questi tempi). Massima , disponibilità, attenzione al cliente, capacità organizzazione ed attenzione al dettaglio e alla pulizia. Lavoro apprezzatissimo! Stra recommended. I had a trial split system installed (new engine and 3 Mitsubishi splits). Experienced and very competent staff, passionate about their work (a more unique than rare skill these days). Maximum, availability, attention to the customer, organization capacity and attention to detail and cleanliness. Highly appreciated work!
