Ho incontrato nuovamente gli stessi proprietari e dipendenti dei tempi passati. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, perché è segno di solidità e di serietà professionale. Il prodotto Finstral da me rinnovato è un segno di garanzia, qualità ed efficacia non solo nel breve periodo perché è nuovo, ma nel lungo tempo di uso quotidiano. La mia testimonianza è una garanzia di 36 anni di utilizzo. Non è poco. La nuova tecnologia di prodotto e il servizio di posa, davvero preciso e ordinato, mi ha ulteriormente confermato che ho fatto la scelta giusta nel decidere di affidarmi nuovamente ad una azienda che ritengo sia l'eccellenza in Milano. Che dire, è stata un'ottima esperienza che consiglierei a chiunque debba sostituire i serramenti della propria casa. In un panorama pieno di fornitori che promettono qualsiasi cosa, diventa difficile fidarsi, ma con Thermo infissi sin dal primo incontro ci siamo fidati ed abbiamo percepito tutta la professionalità che li distingue. Un team di professionisti, qualificati e pronti a spiegare ogni dettaglio anche per i più esigenti. Molta serietà nelle fasi di rilievo, di gestione delle tempistiche (che purtroppo in questo periodo storico tendono ad allungarsi) e di montaggio (dove ho potuto apprezzare tutta la preparazione che i tecnici devono avere per essere certificati da Finstral). Plauso anche all'amministrazione che ci ha supportati "intensamente" per tutte le questioni burocratiche, dando sempre risposte e chiarimenti. What can I say, it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who needs to replace the windows in their home. In a landscape full of suppliers who promise anything, it becomes difficult to trust, but with Thermo infissi since the first meeting we have trusted and have perceived all the professionalism that distinguishes them. A team of professionals, qualified and ready to explain every detail even for the most demanding. A lot of seriousness in the survey, timing management (which unfortunately tend to get longer in this historical period) and assembly (where I was able to appreciate all the preparation that the technicians must have to be certified by Finstral). I also applaud the administration that has supported us "intensely" for all bureaucratic issues, always giving answers and clarifications. Bonasio, persona molto competente e attenta alle mie esigenze, mi ha accompagnato in ogni fase, sempre disponibile a spiegare dettagli e trovare la soluzione ottimale. Ho comprato dei serramenti Finproject della Finstral, devo dire che il prodotto è esattamente come me lo aspettavo, un'ottima coibentazione e isolamento acustico, non di meno l'estetica "minimal" in grado di far entrare in casa il massimo della luce possibile. Quanto trovato è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative: professionalità, personale estremamente qualificato ed attenzione per il cliente dalle primissime fasi di preventivo fino al servizio post vendita. Ringrazio personalmente il sig. Bonasio Andrea per averci spiegato nel dettaglio tutti i vantaggi che la soluzione scelta avrebbe comportato sia in termini di risparmio energetico ma anche in termini di estetica, siamo estremamente soddisfatti del risultato. Essere ricevuti nel magnifico showroom di Via Ruggero Leoncavallo (MI) e poter toccare con mano il prodotto ha aiutato e non poco a propendere per il top di gamma. Un elogio particolare anche alla professionalità ed alla disponibilità dei tecnici installatori: al giorno oggi non è cosi scontato che al servizio di vendita corrisponda un servizio di installazione altrettanto efficiente, cosa che invece sia io che mia moglie abbiamo potuto constatare nei tecnici che hanno eseguito la rimozione dei vecchi serramenti ed il montaggio dei nuovi.
