Non è più la stessa azienda: ritardi ingiustificabili e pressapochismo nelle forniture. Mi hanno perso come cliente. Bad experience. Dopo questo ho dovuto ristrutturare casa dei miei genitori dove ho cambiato tutti gli infissi, con qualche situazione particolarmente complicata. Non sono stati da meno, ottima collaborazione. Ovviamente visto la complessita' del lavoro ci sono stati degli errori, che sono stati prontamente risolti. Questo per me e' stato il punto di vittoria di questa societa', i problemi ci sono sempre, il pregio e' riconoscerli e prontamente risolverli. Ottima professionalita' dalla vendita, alla produzione, alle squadre di montaggio, il geometra sempre disponibile e attento. In ultimo ... i prezzi non sono affatto eccessivi per la qualita' dei prodotti. Fortemente consigliati. I met them by chance, doing a simple search on the internet, and based only on the reviews I decided to take with them the shutters of my house steel. They have proved competent, precise and the product of excellent quality. After this I had to renovate my parents' house where I changed all the fixtures, with some particularly complicated situation. They were not far behind, excellent cooperation. Obviously given the complexity of the work there were errors, which were promptly solved. This to me 'was the winning point of this society', the problems still exist, the value and 'recognize and promptly resolve them. Excellent professionalism from sales, to production, to assembly teams, the surveyor always available and attentive. Finally ... prices are not at all excessive for the quality of the products. Strongly recommended.

Mi sono trovato subito bene già con il preventivo che collimava con le mie esigenze di qualità . In 2 settimane si sono procurati il materiale e sono venuti a montarlo nell'unico giorno che avevo a disposizione e finendo il lavoro in 4 ore . Considerando che la porta ha 40 anni e il montaggio ha richiesto tagli saldature e smerigliature per ottenere un funzionamento perfetto ritengo che la professionalità dimostrata sia ineccepibile Consiglio decisamente I turned to Chiaravalli to replace the now obsolete locks on the security door. I was immediately happy with the quote that matched my quality requirements. In 2 weeks they got the material and came to assemble it in the only day I had available and finished the job in 4 hours. Considering that the door is 40 years old and the assembly required cuts, welds and grindings to obtain perfect functioning, I believe that the professionalism demonstrated is impeccable. Definitely recommend
