★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tanti anni che sono cliente Wind e sono tanti anni che vado in questo negozio Wind e ho sempre trovato cortesia, competenza e disponibilità. Oggi ho avuto necessità di recarmi nel negozio e ho avuto una ulteriore conferma di questo. Dovevo comprare una micro sim per il mio nuovo telefono e il gestore mi ha suggerito di tagliare quella vecchia risparmiando così 15 euro io non ho speso nulla e lui non ci ha guadagnato nulla.

Today I needed to go to the shop and I had further confirmation of this. I had to buy a micro sim for my new phone and the manager suggested me to cut the old one saving 15 euros so I didn't spend anything and he didn't earn anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno saputo rispondere ad una domanda, lo stesso la Wind. Ha fatto una pubblicità, ho mandato la foto e fatto vedere la pubblicità che mi è arrivata dell'email. Costo mensile tutto incluso 25.98 e dopo 48 mesi 19.90. Mi hanno detto che non era vero anche davanti all'email inviatemi da Wind. Scade domani 11 maggio l'offerta.

Mi ha fornito informazioni precise, chiare, con educazione ed estrema professionalità. Non posso affermare questo per altri persone di negozi WindTre che avevo contattato in precedenza. Su WINDTRE ho qualche riserva, a causa di una scheda dati acquistata qui per un antifurto e praticamente non funzionante (ma non si capisce mai se il problema è della scheda o del dispositivo, alla fine l’ho lasciata scadere).
Availability, competence and courtesy, as regards the interface with the customer. On WINDTRE I have some reservations, due to a data card purchased here for an anti-theft device and practically not working (but you never know if the problem is with the card or the device, in the end I let it expire).
