Sono anni che mi servo da loro e sono sempre stato molto contento anche dei prezzi. Ultimamente ho avuto grossi problemi col mio cellulare che sembravano irrisolvibili ma loro sono riusciti a trovare il difetto!!!! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti anche a chi non è di Bologna. For me, the competence, courtesy and availability found at Luca Elettronica is unique in this kind of business. I've been using them for years and have always been very happy with the prices too. Lately I had big problems with my cell phone that seemed unsolvable but they managed to find the fault !!!! I highly recommend it to everyone even those who are not from Bologna.

Ho chiesto di vedere le tv presenti sul catalogo e ogni volta non c'erano e mi dicevano che le potevano ordinare. Ma come si può ordinare una TV che non si conosce senza provare prima come si vede e come suona? I did a long line twice. There were a few people in line but the service was quite slow. I asked to see the TVs in the catalog and each time they weren't there and they told me they could order them. But how can you order an unfamiliar TV without first testing how it looks and how it sounds?
