Finalmente un’ agenzia dove professionalità, cordialità e tempismo sono all’ordine del giorno, dopo vari tentativi ho trovato la casa adatta alle mie esigenze senza doverla strapagare.

Rapidi nella risposta, disponibili alla contrattazione e inviano un preventivo delle spese che si dovranno affrontare, insieme ad una copia del contratto, un paio di giorni prima della firma, in maniera tale da avere tutto il tempo per leggerlo con calma. Inoltre hanno provveduto all'attivazione degli allacci, della procedura di richiesta di residenza e mi hanno anche fornito un modulo precompilato da consegnare al comune per la tassa della spazzatura. Professionali.

P. S. Spiego motivo. Ho trovato un'appartamento in affitto da voi. Dopo 3 mesi di telefonate ( solo da parte mia) la collega che si occupa di affitti è diventata indisponibile, sempre "fuori per appuntamenti'. Solita situazione, leggendo le recensioni qui. E l'appartamento ovviamente non si poteva visitare perché inquilino non vi dava disponibilità. Capita. Doveva liberarsi il 15.06, ma chiamando il 14.06 vengo a sapere che " non è ancora disponibile per le visite". Il 16.06 l'appartamento non c'è più, è già affittato. Non ho programmato la partenza estiva perché dovevo cambiare casa. Ho smesso di cercare perché quella mi andava perfettamente. Razzismo?
Non basta come motivo?

I stopped looking because that suited me perfectly Racism?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno trovato una casa in una zona ottima e mi hanno dato la possibilità di prenotarla, onde evitare problemi e si sono presi loro la briga di attivarmi le bollette. Ma allora perché tre stelle? Beh, ho dovuto aspettare circa un mese prima di entrare nella casa, per poi scovare problemi ovunque, solo perché alla visita iniziale mancava la corrente e la casa risultava parecchio buia. Questo mesetto si sarebbe benissimo potuto allungare, se non avessi chiamato l'agenzia praticamente ogni giorno, cercando di spronarli a velocizzare il tutto. Nel complesso, la sufficienza c'è.
