Successivamente mi ha proposto di affidargli la vendita del mio appartamento (ma non era un acquirente ?!?) Inoltre non gli é ben chiaro il significato della recensione, in questo caso negativa, visto che la fa rimuovere. Parlerò bene alle mie conoscenze! Grazie del servizio!!! Ho conosciuto Cristian Vecchi che oltre alla sua ottima professionalità è riuscito a creare un rapporto di sincera umanità. Mi ha infatti aiutato oltre che a vendere casa ad avere pazienza e ad ascoltarmi nelle varie problematiche che ci sono state. Ho deciso così di dare l'esclusiva a Case 4.0, dopo aver atteso dalle 6 agenzie a cui avevo dato il compito di vendermi casa e su i più famosi e usati siti immobiliari, sempre notizie negative. Cristian, anche se non era una zona da lui trattata, è riuscito con la sua professionalità a vendermi casa in meno di un anno, con numerevoli contatti (cosa che non ho mai avuti in 10 anni dalle altre agenzie anche di franchising). Mi ha seguito dall' inizio alla fine, dalla prima visita alla proposta di acquisto, dagli accordi scritti tra le parti al rogito... Mi ha seguito anche in contemporanea con la ricerca per una nuova casa, facendomi conoscere ottimi collaboratori... Posso dire solo che sono entusiasta e fortunato di aver conosciuto Cristian e di essermi appoggiato a lui per la vendita della casa. Per me, almeno per la località dove abitavo, ha reso possibile l'impossibile... Consiglio vivamente CASE 4.0 come metodo di lavoro e come risultati a chiunque...per professionalità, disponibilità e per l'impegno che ci mette nel suo lavoro.
