We bought our first home through the Mida real estate agency and we had a great time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta alla Mida, per conto di mia mamma (anziana), per la vendita di un immobile, vendita che è stata raggiunta in breve tempo, ottenendo l'obiettivo che ci eravamo prefissati. Sono molto scrupolosi e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Dati in tempi (sicuramente non facili) e la peculiarità dell'immobile (soggetto a sopritendenza), siamo stati costretti a far slittare i tempi del rogito. Finchè tutto va bene, sono bravi tutti: è quando ci sono pratiche più complesse che viene fuori chi è davvero competente. Ascoltano le tue esigenze e ti seguono passo passo. Sono molto soddisfatta!
I turned to Mida, on behalf of my (elderly) mother, for the sale of a property, a sale that was reached in a short time, achieving the goal we had set for ourselves. They are very scrupulous and attentive to the customer's needs. Given in times (certainly not easy) and the peculiarity of the property (subject to supertendency), we were forced to postpone the timing of the deed. As long as everything goes well, everyone is good: it is when there are more complex practices that it comes out who is really competent. They listen to your needs and follow you step by step. I'm very satisfied!
