Dietro una bella facciata da villa nobiliare si nasconde una realtà fatta di incuria, sporcizia, disagio e risparmio sul personale. Gli infermieri e oss della struttura sono bravi e preparati ma non riescono da soli a sopperire alle mancanze dovute all’avidita dei proprietari. A fronte di una retta molto alta i pazienti vengono completamente lasciati a loro stessi. Nessuna attività ricreativa aldilà dei tanti televisori sparsi ovunque. Buona la cucina. Nel complesso una pessima esperienza A place devoid of care, attention and skills, lacking in all respects. Il personale sanitario della struttura é sempre presente e molto attento a tutti gli ospiti, che vengono trattati con professionalità, cura e calore. Il cibo é ottimo e cucinato direttamente dalla struttura. C'è un ampio giardino che viene utilizzato col bel tempo. La cosa più importante é che mia nonna, da quando è li, è contenta e protetta. My 88 year old grandmother has been a guest at Villa del Parco for three years. The structure is well cared for, very clean but above all very warm and familiar. The health staff of the structure is always present and very attentive to all guests, who are treated with professionalism, care and warmth. The food is excellent and cooked directly by the hotel. There is a large garden which is used in good weather. The most important thing is that my grandmother, since she has been there, has been happy and protected.

Vado spesso a trovarla pur abitando in un'altra regione e ogni volta che la incontro o che le parlo mi racconta di quanto è serena e di quanto bene venga accudita dal personale che lavora a Villa Del Parco. Ho sempre riscontrato durante le mie visite un'accurata pulizia nella struttura, professionalità e disponibilità del personale, cura e rispetto per tutti gli ospiti. L'ambiente in generale risulta caloroso, familiare e accogliente. La struttura inoltre è immersa in un bel giardino al quale è possibile accedere sia per i visitatori che per gli ospiti. Approfitto per ringraziare tutto il personale per come svolgono il loro preziosissimo lavoro. My grandmother has been a guest of the structure for about three years. I often go to see her even though I live in another region and every time I meet her or talk to her she tells me how peaceful she is and how well she is looked after by the staff who work at Villa Del Parco. I have always found during my visits an accurate cleaning in the structure, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, care and respect for all guests. The environment in general is warm, familiar and welcoming. The structure is also surrounded by a beautiful garden which can be accessed by both visitors and guests. I take this opportunity to thank all the staff for how they carry out their invaluable work.
