V	Valeria Zagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direzione PESSIMA!! sconsiglio vivamente la struttura, anche se pur bella e ben tenuta: la Direzione è piuttosto sgarbata e inefficiente, il cuore e l'affetto per gli ospiti non esistono, conta solo la fredda emissione di fatture mensili. Il mio parente è purtroppo deceduto, se volete bene ai Vostri Cari NON prendete in considerazione questa struttura. BAD management !! I strongly advise against the structure, even if beautiful and well maintained: the Management is rather rude and inefficient, the heart and affection for the guests do not exist, only the cold issue of monthly invoices counts. My relative is unfortunately passed away, if you love your loved ones DO NOT take this structure into consideration.

Nonostante la bella collocazione e nonostante l'attenta disponibilità del medico Dr. Spinelli e, credo, del personale paramedico, il giudizio non può essere positivo per via di un lacunoso, inattendibile e non accogliente servizio di reception corrispondente ad una amministrazione non elastica che non prospetta ab initio con chiarezza l'aspetto economico per poi rivelarsi però presto intransigentemente richiedente di corresponsioni peraltro in sia pur piccola parte contestabili ( come segnalato invano con varie mail) se solo valesse la pena andare a fondo. Ho chiamato per una mia cliente deceduta e per la figlia. Mi avete risposto che , dal momento che la madre della mia assistita era spesso fuori e dentro l'ospedale, sapendo che moriva poteva dare la disdetta e non attendere il decesso. Questo è il motivo Oggi 21 luglio 2020 ho ricevuto l'autorizzazione dalla figlia della de cuius di pubblicare il nome della stessa. e	eleonora orlandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa struttura ha ospitato mia nonna per tre anni, deceduta cinque anni fa, e mia mamma nell'ultimo anno.. solo questo dovrebbe far capire il valore che io do al San Petronio. La struttura è composta da persone competenti che ci hanno accompagnato in questo cammino senza lasciarci mai sole, con una dedizione ammirevole e cercando il più possibile di sostenermi come fossero parte integrante della mia famiglia. Durante il lockdown, mia mamma è stata ricoverata all'ospedale, quando telefonavo, mi dicevano che avevano già parlato con mia sorella..... non ho sorelle, era Alessandra ( capoinfermiera) che chiamava per sapere come stava mia mamma. E' tornata a "casa" (parole di Alessandra) provata, stesa in un letto, sono riusciti a farla camminare di nuovo, ad interagire, ha avuto anche momenti di lucidità in cui mi riconosceva. Mia mamma non c'è più, ma è andata via serena come lo sono io che so di aver fatto per lei la scelta migliore. Grazie, vi dovrei nominare tutti, ma proprio tutti,ma siete tanti. N	Natascia Battistin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San Petronio una struttura per anziani confortevole e composta da ottimi professionisti, ho riscontrato soprattutto l’umanità e serietà con la quale operano. Ho da poco perso improvvisamente la suocera che pur titubante all’inizio dopo poco tempo si trovava così bene da non voler cambiare. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la pazienza con la quale gli operatori affrontano le continue angosce e premure di noi parenti, loro si sostituiscono a noi con senso umano e competenza professionale e noi parenti, credetemi, siamo spesso pesanti da sopportare, altrochè gli anziani! Le camere sono singole o doppie con bagno e il menù è molto vario e apprezzabilmente casalingo. Mia madre ha passato la prima notte legata al letto nonostante perfettamente in grado di alzarsi e camminare perchè non c'è stato passaggio di informazioni fra gli addetti. Le attività di animazioni sono inesistenti, la riabilitazione o attività legate al movimento molto povere. Perlopiù gli anziani vengono lasciati ad autogestirsi durante la giornata. Per le visite è obbligatorio iscriversi tramite app ma gli appuntamenti finiscono subito. Per finire a mia madre sono spariti 200€ dal portafoglio. Bad experience. Appena arrivata, non in ottime condizioni, me l'hanno rimessa in piedi grazie all'ottimo lavoro dei fisioterapisti. Le oss (ne ho viste tante in 8 anni) e le animatrici sono state tutte fantastiche, lo dimostra il fatto che il giorno del funerale ci sono venuti a salutare. Certamente la pandemia ha creato disagi per poter andare i trovare i parenti, dovendosi registrare su un sito, ma salvaguardandone la salute. Un grossissimo ringraziamento a Luca che ci ha fatto un bellissimo regalo di compleanno per la nonna, e a Grazia la ragazza gentilissima della reception che purtroppo l'ho conosciuta poco.
