Conosco l'agenzia da quasi vent'anni e, in più occasioni ho avuto modo di riscontrare la capacità di vendere immobili in tempi rapidi, fornendo un'accurata valutazione dei medesimi e individuando subito il potenziale acquirente, grazie all'archivio clienti da essa predisposto. Personalmente, nel passato ho affidato all'agenzia la vendita del mio ex-studio di architettura, nonché del mio appartamento. Per il primo l'acquirente è stato trovato in tempo record (poco più di una settimana), per il secondo ho dovuto attendere più a lungo...ben venti giorni... Vista la mia soddisfazione, nonché quella degli acquirenti, ho dato con fiducia il loro contatto ad amici, conoscenti e miei clienti intenzionati ad alienare proprietà e, a quanto mi risulta, le vendite sono andate sempre a buon fine in tempi molto rapidi, pertanto consiglio vivamente Abita Servizi Immobiliari. I have known the agency for almost twenty years and on several occasions I have had the opportunity to find the ability to sell properties quickly, providing an accurate evaluation of the same and immediately identifying the potential buyer, thanks to the customer archive prepared by it . Personally, in the past I entrusted the agency with the sale of my ex-architecture studio, as well as my apartment. For the first the buyer was found in record time (just over a week), for the second I had to wait longer ... twenty days ... Given my satisfaction, as well as that of the buyers, I confidently gave their contact to friends, acquaintances and my customers intending to alienate property and, as far as I know, sales have always been successful in a very short time, therefore I recommend Highly Abita Real Estate Services.
F	F. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio caso questa agenzia si è dimostrata totalmente inaffidabile. Dopo aver visionato un immobile, confermo sin da subito il mio interesse. Si apre quindi nell’immediato una trattativa verbale (seguita da telefonate e appuntamenti in agenzia) in quanto l’immobile , avendo una provenienza particolare, necessita di tutele per l’acquirente ma anche per la parte venditrice (come buona prassi vorrebbe). Faccio presente che avrei parlato con notaio e consulenti e nel giro di due giorni, dopo essermi “speso”, avevo tutte le risposte del caso che ho fornito puntualmente anche all’agenzia, la quale ha preso buona nota. Rimaniamo quindi d’accordo che l’agenzia mi avrebbe fornito i dati necessari alla compilazione della suddetta documentazione (necessaria per le tutele del caso), non appena ne fosse venuta in possesso dalla parte venditrice. Il giorno successivo contatto l’agenzia per chiedere novità e mi confermano che avevano chiesto tali dati alla proprietaria. Il giorno seguente ancora, contatto nuovamente l’agenzia, la quale mi comunica che avevano appena preso un’altra proposta! Tra l’altro la proposta ricevuta era anche più bassa di quella che intendevo fare. Per etica e correttezza, sarebbe bastata una semplice telefonata per informarmi che c’era un’altra proposta in arrivo, vista la trattativa verbale tra noi in corso, ad uno stato anche avanzato. In my case this agency proved to be totally unreliable. After viewing a property, I immediately confirm my interest. A verbal negotiation is then immediately opened (followed by phone calls and appointments at the agency) as the property, having a particular origin, requires protection for the buyer but also for the seller (as good practice would like). I would like to point out that I would have spoken to a notary and consultants and within two days, after having "spent" myself, I had all the appropriate answers that I promptly provided the agency too, which took good note. We therefore agree that the agency would have provided me with the data necessary for the compilation of the aforementioned documentation (necessary for the protection of the case), as soon as it was in possession of it by the seller. The next day I contact the agency to ask for news and they confirm that they had asked the owner for such data. The following day again, I contact the agency again, which informs me that they had just taken another proposal! Among other things, the proposal received was even lower than the one I intended to make. For ethics and fairness, a simple phone call would have been enough to inform me that there was another proposal coming, given the verbal negotiation between us in progress, even at an advanced stage.
