Friendly staff, but spare parts are cheap and in my experience I had to repair the same phone twice. I don't think I'll go back.

Ho portato in questi giorni due iMac, di cui uno per una sostituzione del monitor e l’altro per un recupero di dati dopo la sostituzione del disco rigido.
Che dire, più che soddisfatto! Il prezzo del cambio del monitor assolutamente un regalo in confronto a quello che sarebbe venuto dall’Apple Store; e poi nonostante poche speranze, sono anche riusciti a recuperare i dati salvati nel cloud per l’altro computer.
Nulla da dire, se non che da oggi abbiamo trovato il nostro tecnico di fiducia a cui ci appoggeremo sempre in caso di problemi!
A warranty
I brought two iMacs in these days, one of which for a monitor replacement and the other for data recovery after replacing the hard drive.
What can I say, more than satisfied! The price of the monitor change is absolutely a gift compared to what would have come from the Apple Store; and then despite little hope, they also managed to recover the data saved in the cloud for the other computer.
Nothing to say, except that from today we have found our trusted technician whom we will always rely on in case of problems!

Recensisco negativamente per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza abbastanza singolare e anche un po' comica..arrivo lì e vengo accolto fuori,senza entrare,da una persona che mi chiede che problemi avessi, glielo spiego e ad ogni richiesta sembrava mi volesse sbolognare in fretta, ho un computer vecchio e muovendo un po' il cavo di alimentazione il PC si spegne..mi dice che il cavo di alimentazione è impossibile che si rompa...ed è inutile saldare..e vabbè allora non ho capito come dovrei fare..? al secondo punto..il cavo HDMI da che mi funzionavano all improvviso il PC non lo riconosceva più..mi dice che il cavo HDMI è impossibile che si rompa.. vabbè..gli chiedo se era possibile un favore, cioè provare connettendolo ad un loro PC se fosse un problema del cavo o del pc..mi dice che i computer sono solo quelli e che c'era un casino di gente(uno cliente dentro e due fuori)...metto due stelle per la comicità della situazione e perché al terzo punto, cioè volevo cambiare la batteria del pc, mi dice di trovarla su amazon inserendo il modello,quindi ho apprezzato l'onestà.
I had read the very positive reviews of this place and therefore decided to go there. I review negatively regarding my quite unique and even a bit comical experience .. I arrive there and I am greeted outside, without entering, by a person who asks me what problems I had, I explain it to him and at every request he seemed to want to disgrace me quickly , I have an old computer and moving the power cable a little the PC turns off .. it tells me that the power cable is impossible to break ... and it is useless to solder .. and oh well then I didn't understand how I should do it ..? to the second point .. the HDMI cable that suddenly worked for me the PC no longer recognized it .. it tells me that the HDMI cable is impossible to break .. oh well .. I ask him if a favor was possible, that is try connecting it to their PC if it was a problem with the cable or the pc .. it tells me that the computers are just those and that there was a mess of people (one customer inside and two outside) ... I put two stars for the comedy of the situation and because the third point, that is, I wanted to change the battery of the pc, it tells me to find it on amazon by entering the model, so I appreciated the honesty.
