Quello di terra essendo a Bologna non può non prevedere tortellini lasagne e tagliatelle al ragù e soprattutto si vede che la pasta all uovo è a livello industriale e non fatta a mano... Il personale forse dovrebbe sorridere di più. Conto medio alto x quello. Che abbiamo mangiato. (Se gentilmente rimuove questa recensione SBAGLIATA dalla pagina Google di Vanilla Sky Bologna - come le ho chiesto di fare telefonicamente due settimane fa - rimuoverò questa mia.) P	PC DOCTOR ITALIA Servizio clienti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CI dispace dell'accaduto visto che il prodotto è stato portato tre volte da noi in tempi diversi ma siamo abituati a far provare in tutte le fuzioni il prodotto appena riparato onde evitare di far ritoranre il cliente, quindi o il cliente si è rifiutato di fare il collaudo x due volte il prodotto è stato considerato dal cliente a posto. Le schede madre si rompono magari solo per il fatto che andando in motorino e mettendo il telefono nella tasta posteriore basta una buca e può essere sollecitato in modo considerevole. Noi diamo il massimo e anche se il telefono esce dal ns. negozio testato dal cliente lo riguardiamo senza problemi in garanzia . Nel caso però di un componente diverso , abbiamo sostituito lo schermo non la scheda madre . a	alberto cantergiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato il vetro del mio iPhone 8 Plus . Garanzia solo 15 gg. Probabilmente lo sanno che per i primi 15 gg va bene poi iniziano i problemi!!!!! Il telefono appena si scalda un minimo va da solo, telefona , va su internet senza toccarlo. Mi si è addirittura bloccato a causa del codice che si autoinseriva a caso. L ho riportato ma non me lo cambiano in garanzia. Pessima esperienza. Probabilmente il vetro che mi hanno messo è di pessima qualità, non compatibile. Il vetro non ha un graffio e loro ritengono che mi sia caduto. Se invece fosse andato male mei primi 15 gg o mi fosse caduto( senza che io glielo dicessi) me l’avrebbero cambiato. Peccato che non abbiano provato loro a chiamare il mio numero...di fatti non so cosa abbiano combinato ma il telefono non suonava più, non si sentiva la musica, le chiamate e gli avvisi. Dopo averlo riportato da loro a sistemare ho avuto la brutta sorpresa di non trovare più musica e foto che avevo nel dispositivo inoltro il touchscreen non è per nulla sensibile, devo picchiare più volte con il dito perché risponda. Mi hanno montato un vetro sbagliato causando anche la perdita dell'impermeabilità che ho scoperto in seguito a mie spese. Quando ho segnalato il danno mi è stato risposto che dovevo elencare io le caratteristiche del telefono , mi hanno poi detto che per averlo impermeabile e con il vetro giusto avrei dovuto spendere 350 euro.
