★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto a quest'ufficio il passaggio di proprietà di una moto e dopo aver pagato circa 400€ mi hanno detto di tornare a ritirarli dopo 10 giorni. In tale data si è scoperto che si erano scordati di stamparlo, per cui sarei dovuto tornare dopo qualche giorno. Oggi, dopo quasi un mese dall'inizio della pratica, sto aspettando ancora che stampino il documento. E ogni volta ho dovuto stare in coda... Servizio imbarazzante.
 I asked the office for the transfer of ownership of a motorcycle and after paying around € 400, they told me to come back to collect them after 10 days. On that date it was discovered that they had forgotten to print it, so I would have to come back after a few days. Today, almost a month after the beginning of the practice, I am still waiting for the document to print. And every time I had to stand in line ... Embarrassing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto disorganizzati. Poco professionali. Il capoufficio che si aggira arcigno terrorizzando dipendenti, che sgrida di fronte a tutti, e rispondendo male ai clienti. File assurde in strada senza numero. Visita medica senza ricevuta fiscale. C'è bisogno di altro? Evitare con cura.
Very disorganized. Unprofessional. The office manager who wanders grimly terrorizing employees, scolding in front of everyone, and responding badly to customers. Absurd files in the street without a number. Medical examination without tax receipt. Do you need anything else? Avoid with care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri a fare la visita per il rinnovo della patente. C'era il medico ed un'altra persona a fare il controllo della vista che immagino sia un assistente. Quest'ultimo si è dimostrato molto sgarbato maleducato e molto seccato senza nessun motivo. Probabilmente dovrebbe fare altro se non è in grado di essere almeno educato, non si chiede di più, con le persone che pagano il servizio. Pessima esperienza quindi valuto il servizio molto scarso. Non lo consiglierò sicuramente.
I went yesterday to visit for the renewal of the license. There was the doctor and another person doing the vision check who I imagine is an assistant. The latter was very rude rude and very annoyed for no reason. He should probably do more if he can't at least be polite, don't ask for more, with the people who pay for the service. Bad experience so I rate the service very poor. I will definitely not recommend it.

Chiedo se posso pagare con bonifico anticipato per evitare di tornare, mi dicono "non accettiamo bonifici, perchè se ci si sbaglia poi come si fa...". Insisto facendo capire che sarebbe un bel servizio, ma nulla. Esco e presa dal nervoso vado a pagare il bollo in tabaccheria, dove tutto funziona E SONO PURE GENTILI. Sinceramente nel 2022 mi aspetterei un servizio diverso.
Went this morning to pay a road tax: system blocked. I ask if I can pay by bank transfer to avoid returning, they tell me "we do not accept bank transfers, because if you are wrong then how do you do it ...". I insist by making it clear that it would be a nice service, but nothing. I go out and get nervous I go to pay the stamp duty at the tobacconist's, where everything works AND THEY ARE ALSO KIND. Honestly, in 2022 I would expect a different service.
