Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di dover per forza passare dall'ufficio per fare una prenotazione per rinnovare la patente (perché al telefono non le prendono!!!), che con gli orari che fanno non è per niente facile se non prendendo delle ferie. Poi ho passato il sabato mattina in fila (sempre solo per una prenotazione!). Inutile un servizio così a mio avviso. Vado altrove. Nulla da dire sul personale che non sono nemmeno riuscito a vedere.
My experience was not exactly good. I did not like the fact of having to go to the office to make a reservation to renew the license (because they don't take them on the phone !!!), which with the times they do is not at all easy if not taking a vacation . Then I spent Saturday morning in line (always just for a reservation!). In my opinion, such a service is useless. I go elsewhere. Nothing to say about the staff that I didn't even get to see.
