Ricevuto il tutto nei classici tempi (ordinato Giovedì sera, ricevuto martedì mattina) ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di riceve un ulteriore campioncino. ?
Che dire, UNICI!!! Posso inoltre immaginare che questa professionalità si ritrovi anche in negozio.
 I bought 3 samples from their online shop to go and choose what my new fragrance will be.
Received everything in the usual times (ordered Thursday evening, received Tuesday morning) I had the pleasant surprise of receiving another sample. ?
What can I say, UNIQUE !!! I can also imagine that this professionalism is also found in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un profumo online e dentro la confezione altre al profumo c'erano dei campioncini di altri profumo ed è stata una cosa molto gradita così si possono provare anche altri profumi , i tempi di consegna sono stati brevissimi. Sicuramente acqusterò anche altre volte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre si è recata in negozio per comprare una crema corpo e l'hanno trattata con poca accuratezza. Le hanno facevano vedere poche creme senza nemmeno farle sentire il profumo e solo dopo espressa richiesta le hanno fatto sentire la fragranza o fatto vedere altre creme (in ogni caso poche rispetto a quelle che avevano).
Quindi in base alle nostra esperienza non torneremo.
My mother went to the store to buy a body lotion and they treated it with little care. They showed her a few creams without even letting her smell the perfume and only after express request did they make her feel the fragrance or show other creams (in any case few compared to those they had).
So based on our experience we will not be returning.

Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente ed interessato a capire i suoi gusti e sfumature, a differenza di molte profumerie interessate solo a vendere e spedirti via. Il profumo è una tematica delicata e da affrontare con pazienza e non solo con il puro ideale della speculazione. Se si punta a quello, come fanno molte profumerie, sarebbe meglio andare a fare i commessi nelle profumerei della GDO o vendere su internet. E' raro trovare personale interessato a capire le nostre esigenze. Molto gentili anche nel rilasciare decanter per potersi studiare i profumi a casa e con calma. Promosse tutte le ragazze ! A presto
