Una Profumeria come poche a Bologna, dove ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari,dove l'innovazione la qualità, e la ricercatezza svelano la differenza tra un profumo convenzionale e l'estasi di una fragranza della profumeria artistica . La titolare è carinissima, una persona buona e gentile, pronta a dare ottimi consigli. Che dire... dopo il mio primo acquisto non ho più voluto altro se non i suoi profumi. Provare per credere ;-) a truly exclusive spot with surely high quality products where to find and discover the various secrets of beauty and seduction. A perfumery like few others in Bologna, where every detail is studied in detail, where innovation, quality and refinement reveal the difference between a conventional perfume and the ecstasy of a fragrance of artistic perfumery. The owner is very nice, a good and kind person, ready to give excellent advice. What can I say ... after my first purchase I didn't want anything else but his perfumes. Seeing is believing ;-)

Al momento dell’apertura, il profumo non era sigillato e la boccetta presentava alcuni graffi e segni di usura. Il profumo in questione risultava pieno a metà; è un profumo che compro abitualmente e ovviamente è la prima volta che mi succede una cosa di questo tipo. Ho chiamato la profumeria per avvertire di questo problema e la persona al telefono, probabilmente la titolare, mi ha risposto in maniera offensiva, sgarbata, dandomi del ladro. Sconvolto dall’accaduto, una volta tornato in città, mi sono recato nella profumeria in questione, e la signora che mi aveva risposto al telefono, mi ha letteralmente aggredito verbalmente minacciando di chiamare i carabinieri che per mia sfortuna non sono arrivati. Spero che questo avvenimento sia di monito per qualsiasi futuro cliente di questa attività. Rarely has such an experience ever happened to me. I bought a perfume in this perfumery on December 22 for a gift. At the time of opening, the perfume was not sealed and the bottle had some scratches and signs of wear. The perfume in question was half full; it is a perfume that I usually buy and obviously it is the first time that something like this happens to me. I called the perfumery to warn of this problem and the person on the phone, probably the owner, replied in an offensive, rude way, giving me a thief. Upset by the incident, once back in the city, I went to the perfumery in question, and the lady who had answered the phone literally attacked me verbally threatening to call the carabinieri who, unfortunately for me, did not arrive. I hope this event is a warning for any future customer of this business.

La titolare è molto preparata e ti guida in maniera eccellente su quelle che sono le fragranze più adatte ai tuoi gusti se sai già cosa ti piace, peccato che sia piuttosto sgarbata dietro la prima facciata gentile nell’ approcciare il cliente e le sue richieste iniziali (non con tutti, l’ho vista anche essere molto più cordiale ma mai nei miei confronti o nei confronti delle persone che ho portato con me a scegliere). Tornerò sicuramente perché ho sempre comprato ottimi profumi anche se mai con il piacere che questa esperienza meriterebbe nella sua totalità. I have been several times in this perfumery which has a very wide range of perfumes and all of excellent quality. The owner is very prepared and guides you in an excellent way on what are the fragrances best suited to your tastes if you already know what you like, too bad she is rather rude behind the first kind facade in approaching the customer and his initial requests ( not with everyone, I also saw her being much more cordial but never towards me or towards the people I brought with me to choose). I will definitely come back because I have always bought excellent perfumes even if never with the pleasure that this experience deserves in its entirety.
