I consider the Versace shop to be a wonderful boutique, I always rely on Elena for anything and I must say that both she and Irene are friendly, nice, empathetic, professional, courteous and prepared for product curiosities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico negozio monomarca all'interno della galleria dove il personale è disponibile,gentile e accogliente.Versace non è un marchio che utilizzo e amo comprare perché un po' troppo "dorato" per i miei gusti ma da quando sono entrata in questo store credo acquisterò nuovamente perché creano un ambiente rilassante e confortevole per il cliente.Ad un loro piccolo errore nello scontrino a cui non ho dato assolutamente peso oltre che scusarsi più del dovuto mi hanno omaggiato di un loro splendido profumo che ho scelto prendendomi il tempo necessario.
Negozio curato,camerini super.
Se avessi potuto dare 10 stelle le avrei date.

The only single-brand shop inside the gallery where the staff is helpful, kind and welcoming. Versace is not a brand that I use and I love to buy because it is a bit too "golden" for my taste but since I entered this store I think I will buy again because they create a relaxing and comfortable environment for the customer. To a small mistake in the receipt which I have not given absolutely weight as well as apologizing more than necessary they have honored me with one of their splendid scents that I have chosen taking the necessary time.
Well-kept shop, super dressing rooms.
If I could have given 10 stars I would have given them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio monomarca situato nella Galleria Cavour di Bologna. La proposta consiste in una selezione di capi della prima linea del celebre marchio.
La cosa che desidero maggiormente sottolineare è la cortesia degli addetti alle vendite. Sono stato al negozio in quattro occasioni diverse, servito sempre da ragazzi diversi e mi sono trovato perfettamente a mio agio con tutti.
Se proprio si deve fare un appunto, personalmente preferirei un maggiore assortimento di articoli all’interno del negozio, ma in compenso nel giro di pochissimo tempo possono fare arrivare qualunque articolo della collezione non presente in sede.
Single-brand store located in the Galleria Cavour in Bologna. The proposal consists of a selection of garments from the first line of the famous brand.
The thing I want to emphasize most is the courtesy of the sales people. I have been to the shop on four different occasions, always served by different guys and I felt perfectly comfortable with everyone.
If you really have to make a note, personally I would prefer a greater assortment of items inside the store, but on the other hand, in a very short time they can get any item from the collection that is not present in the shop.

Ormai, le aziende inseriscono nelle informazioni dei loro prodotti anche il rispetto dei diritti umani e i miei acquisti tengono conto anche di questo! Non voglio aggiungere altro perché la mia recensione vuole essere solo uno spunto di riflessione per il gerente del negozio e i suoi collaboratori!
