★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel periodo pre covid, andavo molto spesso a fare li la spesa. Poi nei mesi a venire, vuoi il lock down, o altro ho diminuito, fino ad arrivare ad ora, che mi vede non andarci più per nulla. Prezzi decisamente.troppo alti. I prezzi crescono e la mia pensione sono anni che è ferma. È stato bello, un caro saluto ai commessi in particolare Giorgio, sempre gentili e preparati,ma.il gioco non vale più la candela.
 In the pre-covid period, I used to go shopping there very often. Then in the months to come, you want the lock down, or something else I have decreased, up to now, which sees me not go there for nothing. Prices definitely.too high. Prices are rising and my retirement has been at a standstill for years. It was nice, a warm greeting to the clerks in particular Giorgio, always kind and prepared, but the game is no longer worth the candle.

A mio parere l'unico difetto...é che non curano la parte esterna in quanto è sporco e i
carrelli sono per di più malmessi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota DOLENTE ...la gestione "rigida" dei buoni pasto elettronici, che su un sacchetto per surgelati (costo 1 euro) incide su parecchi euro cash... senza possibilità di rettifica/storno (nientemeno con lo storno si azzerano buoni pasto e spesa!) Spiacente, ma la qualità di una società di distribuzione non passa solo per i prodotti alimentari esibiti sugli scaffali..... Con buona pace per i Signori Dirigenti. Un caro saluto. MF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un bel supermercato, rifornito di tanti prodotti. Bello ed assortito il reparto ortofrutta, pesce fresco, ben fornito il banco salumi/formaggi e gastronomia e personale gentile, soprattutto Giorgio e Rosaria alle casse. Però voglio fare un paio di critiche, la prima è che molti prodotti in offerta spariscono il primo giorno e negli altri 13 giorni a seguire, gli scaffali sono vuoti e pure brutti da vedere. I salumi affettati invece vengono serviti nella classica carta oleata da salumeria ma non vengono messi nella bustina protettiva, così i cartocci che ci si porta a casa sono aperti ai lati, cosa assolutamente antigienica. Riassumendo: appoggio in carrelli e cestini sporchi cibo che poi viene mangiato. Impensabile, nemmeno il peggior negozio serve i salumi così. In famila di altre città questo non accade, mi chiedo perché al Famila del comune di San Lazzaro si agisca in questo modo. Anche nel periodo del peggior Covid la procedura era la medesima ma Covid a parte, batteri e germi ci sono sempre. INAMMISSIBILE.
It is a nice supermarket, stocked with many products. The fruit and vegetable department, fresh fish, a well-stocked salami / cheese and gastronomy counter and friendly staff, especially Giorgio and Rosaria at the cash desks, are beautiful and assorted. But I want to make a couple of criticisms, the first is that many products on offer disappear on the first day and in the other 13 days to follow, the shelves are empty and even ugly to look at. The sliced meats, on the other hand, are served in the classic greaseproof paper but are not put in the protective bag, so the packets that you take home are open on the sides, which is absolutely unhygienic. In summary: I put food in dirty trolleys and baskets, which is then eaten. Unthinkable, not even the worst shop serves cold cuts like this. In famila of other cities this does not happen, I wonder why the Famila of the municipality of San Lazzaro acts in this way. Even in the period of the worst Covid the procedure was the same but Covid aside, there are always bacteria and germs. INADMISSIBLE.

Al banco salumeria e gastronomia spicca la professionalità e la gentilezza e la competenza di Salvatore, persona educata e molto preparata nel suo lavoro. Qualità dei prodotti e nella proposta delle marche offerte non deludono mai. Consiglio a tutti di servirsi da loro,in particolare da Salvatore al banco salumeria.
The best supermarket in the area but ever. Friendliness, availability and professionalism characterize all the staff.
