★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare simpaticissimo, ogni tanto c’è anche il nipote che lo aiuta ed è anche lui molto simpatico. La carne e i prodotti sono tra i migliori di Bologna, e di sicuro i migliori di San Lazzaro, con grande distacco. La Salsiccia mi ricorda quella che faceva mia nonna in Calabria, il che è tutto dire! Assolutamente consigliato sotto tutti gli aspetti!
Very nice owner, every now and then there is also the nephew who helps him and he is also very nice. The meat and products are among the best in Bologna, and certainly the best in San Lazzaro, with great detachment. Sausage reminds me of what my grandmother was doing in Calabria, which is all to say! Absolutely recommended in all respects!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne è buonissima ogni volta, inoltre i titolari hanno una gran passione per il loro lavoro e sono sempre cordiali nonostante il carico di lavoro. È possibile chiamare per prenotare la carne e trovarla pronta il giorno desiderato. Personalmente, consiglio vivamente le polpette!
Unica nota, c'è quasi sempre molta fila ma grazie al nuovo marciapiede si può aspettare al sicuro abbastanza lontani dal traffico della via Emilia.
The meat is delicious every time, moreover the owners have a great passion for their work and are always friendly despite the workload. You can call to reserve the meat and find it ready on the day you want. Personally, I highly recommend the meatballs!
Only note, there is almost always a lot of queues but thanks to the new sidewalk you can wait safely far enough from the traffic of the Via Emilia.
