Rude and unprepared clerk. He made me go through an absolutely useless and time-consuming return procedure. In other TIM Centers, the return was totally different and easy.

The Manager, as defined, is not suitable for contact with the public. He probably didn't like to assist and help a tim client sufficiently on the working day.

Finally I decided to go with my wife and have her by the mobile, just to acknowledge that the offer were expired. Competence? Far away from here...
