Qualità dei manufatti medio bassa con costumi che perdono colore ed emivita dei prodotti di appena un anno di portabilità. Fanno molta scena ma molto poca sostanza. Commesse non preparate e non adatte a fare questo lavoro, messe lì solo per vendere. A volote danno anche risposte molto fuori luogo al limite del maleducato. Poca professionalità e disponibilità.
RITENTA SARAI PIU' FORTUNATA....IMPOSSIBILE!
Oggi ho voluto dare una second apossibilità a questo negozio ma confermo quanto scritto anche da altri clienti. Commesse incapaci di relazionarsi in maniera educata col cliente e incapaci anche di vendere costumi. Serviva un costume amia figlia. La ragazzina non è stata neanche in grado di capire la taglia adatta. Vendere costumi o giornali o pneumatici per lei sarebbe uguale. Le abbiamo fatto delle richieste, ci ha proposto dei modelli come non ci avesse ascoltato. Mia figlia è andata in camerino per provare. La ragazza l'ho persa di vista, non la vedevo più. Bene, senza dire niente era andata fuori a fumare. Fare la commessa e essere una brava commessa è moooolto diverso! Complimenti per chi fa selezione di personale!! Mai più in questo negozio!!!

Today I wanted to give a second possibility to this store but I confirm what was written by other customers. Orders incapable of relating in a polite manner with the client and also unable to sell costumes. Needed a costume like my daughter. The girl was not even able to figure out the right size. Selling costumes or newspapers or tires for her would be the same. The requests we made, we proposed models as we had not heard. My daughter went to the dressing room to try. The girl I lost sight, I could not see anymore. Well, without saying anything, she went out smoking. Doing the job and be a good contract is soooo different! Congratulations on selecting personnel !! Never again in this store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa con i capelli ricci e corti molto maleducata e poco competente. Sbraita alla gente che è permesso un numero max di 6 persone nel negozio, senza capire che la gente non riesce a vedere se c'è qualcuno nei camerini e quindi quantificare il numero di persone presenti all'interno, il tutto con mascherina perennemente sotto il naso. Mi sembra al quanto ridicolo! Se poi ci metti anche che non è in grado di fare il suo mestiere come si deve arrivi alla conclusione che è meglio cambiare negozio.
P.s. il cartello che avvertiva della capienza massima di persone è solo in italiano, e le persone che si trovavano in fila davanti a me, a cui quest'ultima ha sbraitato contro erano straniere.
Saleswoman with curly and short hair very rude and not very competent. Bark at people who are allowed a maximum of 6 people in the shop, without understanding that people cannot see if there is someone in the dressing rooms and therefore quantify the number of people present inside, all with a mask perpetually under the nose. It seems to me how ridiculous! And if you put in that it is not able to do its job as it should come to the conclusion that it is better to change the shop.
P.Š. the sign that warned of the maximum capacity of people is only in Italian, and the people who stood in line in front of me, to whom the latter ranted against were foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato di accompagnare mia moglie, e ho notato che spesso le ragazze sono disinteressate e quasi maleducate con le/i clienti. Alcune poi del tutto impreparate e troppo prese a chiacchierare e ridere sguaiatamente per fare il loro lavoro. Rivedrei il personale, che una volta mi sembrava più attento ed educato.

Premetto che non sono una commessa, quindi non difendo la mia categoria.
Vorrei dire alle persone che mettono recensioni così dettagliate a attente che molto spesso siamo anche noi acquirenti ad essere maleducati, disordinando la merce, rispondendo male ai commessi e stando delle ore a provare indumenti nei camerini e magari sporcandoli con trucchi vari (care donne!), lasciando creare una lunga fila, senza acquistare nulla e sapendolo già a priori. Quindi diamo prima il buon esempio, impariamo a comportarci (che i commessi non sono degli 'schiavi' pronti a subire di tutto) e poi giudichiamo anche gli altri.
Riguardo all'ingresso per un numero massimo di persone, come avviene ormai in ogni esercizio commerciale in periodo covid, si chiede prima se si possa entrare, senza fare come se si fosse a casa propria. E' molto semplice.
Concludo scrivendo che, se potessimo recensire tutti gli impiegati, soprattutto pubblici, nello svolgimento del loro lavoro da ufficio (molti superficiali, assenti, impreparati, antipatici, saccenti, ecc. ecc. ecc.), forse a tutti passerebbe la voglia di giudicare male IN RETE, anche per sciocchezze, ristoranti o negozi, sapendo l'effetto negativo che una recensione oggi possa dare!!!

I would like to tell the people who put such detailed reviews to careful that very often we too are buyers who are rude, messing up the goods, responding badly to the shop assistants and spending hours trying on clothes in the dressing rooms and maybe dirtying them with various make-up (dear women!) , allowing a long line to be created, without buying anything and already knowing it a priori. So let's first set a good example, learn to behave (that the shop assistants are not 'slaves' ready to suffer anything) and then we also judge others.
With regard to entry for a maximum number of people, as is the case now in every commercial establishment in the covid period, one asks first if one can enter, without acting as if one were at home. It's very simple.
I conclude by writing that, if we could review all employees, especially public employees, in the performance of their office work (many superficial, absent, unprepared, unpleasant, pedantic, etc. etc. etc.), perhaps everyone would pass the desire to judge badly ONLINE, even for nonsense, restaurants or shops, knowing the negative effect that a review today can give !!!

Commesse gentili e disponibili, che sanno consigliare, riconoscendo le taglie ad occhio nudo. Mi ha servito la ragazza con i capelli ricci lunghi, sorriso a 36 denti e classica simpatia del sud. Molto preparata.
Unica pecca: ragazze troppo carine, mio marito allungava l'occhio! :)

Kind and helpful salespersons, who know how to advise, recognizing sizes with the naked eye. I served the girl with long curly hair, 36 tooth smile and classic southern sympathy. Very prepared.
The only flaw: girls too cute, my husband stretched his eye! :)

Alcune commesse davvero maleducate e menefreghiste (chiacchierano, provano roba nei camerini, escono per fumare o per andare al bar mentre hanno dei clienti). In particolare una che lavora lì da anni, sui 35/40 che urla e risponde male ai clienti e alle colleghe, insieme ad un'altra bionda abbastanza volgare. Mancano proprio le basi del servizio al cliente. Non mi fa impazzire nemmeno la rossa, ma almeno ci prova a fare il suo lavoro. Molto carina un'altra ragazza magra che ho visto spesso negli anni, più professionale e sorridente. Do 2 stelle perchè mi ricordo che la titolare cercava sempre di andare incontro ai clienti. Inoltre una volta lo staff era migliore, gentile, preparato a modo, in particolare c'erano due ragazze bionde ed una mora coi boccoli (credo la responsabile) super-carine che si davano un sacco da fare. E' un peccato in una situazione del genere far lavorare persone a cui non importa nulla di far bene, piuttosto che chi merita. Spero che rivedano il personale perchè per adesso ti viene voglia di tirare dritto e cambiare negozio.

It is a shame in such a situation to have people who do not care about doing well, rather than who deserves to work. I hope they review the staff because for now you feel like going straight and changing stores.
