★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata a conoscere il marchio intimissi alcuni anni fa.. devo dire che ne ho girati diversi di negozi ma quello dove mi sento più seguita è sicuramente questo di Villanova .. ragazze sempre disponibili solari e professionali.lo consiglio!!
I came to know the brand intimissi some years ago .. I must say that I have turned several of shops but the one where I feel most followed is surely this of Villanova .. girls always available solar and professional. I recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che pur non andando spesso in questo punto vendita, un giorno mi trovavo a.passare.da quelle.parti e ho cambiato un regalo acquistato in un' altra città , le.ragazze mi hanno cambiato il prodotto senza nessun problema, devo dire che sono state professionali nell aiutarmi nella scelta.dell' altro prodotto, ed hanno avuto molta.pazienza.
Direi che lo consiglio e che ci passerò più spesso
I must say that even though I don't go to this store often, one day I found myself passing by those parts and I changed a gift I bought in another city, the girls changed my product without any problem, I have to say who have been professional in helping me in choosing another product, and have had a lot of patience.
I would say that I recommend it and that I will spend it more often

Hanno ottimo gusto, mi consigliano sempre bene, sono propositive e mi seguono con cura ed entusiasmo nella scelta dei capi. Se un prodotto non è disponibile in negozio si prestano per cercare di accontentarmi sempre. UN GRUPPO DI RAGAZZE ECCEZIONALE!!!
La merce è stupenda e di ottima qualità.
All the girls are very kind, polite, patient, efficient, very helpful and smiling (unlike other Intimissimi stores). They have excellent taste, they always advise me well, are proactive and follow me with care and enthusiasm in choosing the garments. If a product is not available in the store they lend themselves to try to always satisfy me. AN EXCEPTIONAL GROUP OF GIRLS !!!
The goods are beautiful and of excellent quality.

Sono stata costretta a riportare indietro il pantalone di seta dopo una decina di giorni dall'acquisto, poiché, al secondo/terzo utilizzo, aveva ceduto una cucitura laterale, molto probabilmente per un difetto di produzione! Le ragazze dello staff sono state molto gentili perché, dopo aver constatato il problema, mi hanno sostituito il prodotto con un nuovo!! Tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti!!!
Very professional !! Just before Christmas I had bought an underwear suit and a silk night suit from the new collection.
I was forced to bring back the silk trousers after about ten days from the purchase, because, on the second / third use, it had lost a side seam, most likely due to a manufacturing defect! The girls of the staff were very kind because, after realizing the problem, they replaced the product with a new one !! I will definitely be back for other purchases !!!
