Se provi a chiedere un informazione ti rispondono sempre male e palesemente scocciate. Sono lì solo per fare cassa, non sono fatte per il rapporto con il pubblico. Il negozio è carino, ma il personale bocciato. Whenever I happened to enter it, I never found a helpful or at least kind saleswoman. They are all ugly and rude. If you try to ask for information, they always answer badly and clearly annoyed. They are only there to make money, they are not made for the relationship with the public. The shop is nice, but the staff fail.

Spiego, lasciando tutti i miei dati, che sarei arrivata immediatamente a cambiare il prodotto. Morale arrivo al negozio pochissimo dopo ed il mio capo che doveva essere sostituito a me è già stato venduto. Capisco rispettare i "controlli" ma fai un favore ad un cliente che viene apposta da te, te lo chiede come favore personale. Tanto più che lavoro in un negozio anch'io e quanti ma quanti favori e attenzioni vengono fatti ai clienti pur di accontentarli!!!!!!!! Vergognatevi che siete quattro sgodevoli una più dell'altra. Sempre li a parlare degli affari vostri mentre il cliente è lì che attende di essere servito e consigliato! Pessimeeeee I call for a size change. La commessa, mi ha stroncata con un NO acido e secco. Non sono rimasta male per il no, ma come é stato detto. Cafona, maleducata e scortese. Ovvio che sono entrata per comprare ma sono uscita a gambe levate. Nessun cenno per venirmi incontro per l'acquisto!!! Faccio lo stesso mestiere e io i clienti non lo ha mai trattati in questo modo. PESSIMO!!!!!!! MAI PIU e ovviamente le mie amiche che lo frequentano, dirò di non metterci mai più piede. Secondo me fa capi davvero eccezionali e unici nel suo genere, ormai sono 10 anni che vado in questo negozio, compro sempre pigiami, intimo e altri regali per la mia fidanzata. Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo anche quando facevo ordini on line con ritiro in sede. Sarà perché sono maschietto, gentile e con gli occhi azzurri?? Mah!! Per me è un ottimo negozio. In my opinion it makes really exceptional and one-of-a-kind garments, I've been going to this shop for 10 years now, I always buy pajamas, underwear and other gifts for my girlfriend. The staff has always been very kind even when I made orders online with collection on site. Could it be because I'm a boy, kind and blue-eyed? Mah !! For me it is a great shop.

Acquistati in fai da te nonostante le domande ad una commessa totalmente disinteressata, senza empatia, ai limiti dell’antipatia. Direi che con la gentilezza si arriva a fine orario lavoro decisamente più appagati. Very nice and versatile product. Purchased DIY despite the questions to a totally disinterested saleswoman, without empathy, bordering on antipathy.
