Si chiamano "addette alle vendite" perchè dovrebbero invogliare il cliente all'acquisto, con cortesia, disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità...Non devono fare un favore a nessuno, solo il loro lavoro. Purtroppo, ormai, la maggior parte dei negozi peccano per questo motivo. Parere personale. Mmmhhh ... with the staff they could do a lot better. They are called "sales staff" because they should entice the customer to buy, with courtesy, availability, kindness and professionalism ... They don't have to do anyone a favor, only their work. Chiamo una mattina 10 min dopo l’apertura (9.10) per chiedere un info e mi risponde una certa Cristiana mi pare, faccio per dire Salve, Buongiorno, volevo chiedere gentilmente … e questa mi mangia la faccia dicendo che sono in apertura e non può stare appresso a me che deve fare i conti. Allora: anch’io lavoro in quel centro commerciale e ti svegli prima la mattina x fare apertura in negozio, non esiste rispondere così ad una cliente x nessuna ragione, fatto sta che non ho continuato la domanda e gli ho detto semplicemente detto che se star lì gli dà fastidio, c è tanta gente in cerca di lavoro.
