In base alla nostra esperienza sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio.
Mia madre è stata cliente per molti anni e quando ha avuto bisogno di una installazione sono iniziati i guai.
Ha pagato in anticipo e i lavori sono stati fatti 3 mesi dopo.
L'operaio ha causato un danno durante il lavoro ma nega il fatto.
Ricordo che era quello che sbuffava e dava dei pignoli rompiscatole a me e mia madre dicendo che aveva esperienza di 30 anni nel suo lavoro. Quando io, profano mi sono accorto che le tende erano montate al contrario, ho pensato 'poveri clienti, se non ha ancora imparato a ridosso della pensione!'
Il titolare, un uomo anziano, patologicamente obeso e spesso senza mascherina in negozio ha ricevuto un'educazione così scarsa che sa solo urlare e interrompere, promette da mesi che l'assicurazione risponderà, ma non abbiamo ricevuto ancora risposta e dubito che abbia inoltrato alla sua assicurazione l'apertura pratica danno perchè rifiuta di dirci nome della società assicuratrice e di pratica e promette di richiamarci ma non lo fa mai. Quando qualcuno vi tiene nascosto qualcosa in modo omertoso NON C'E' MAI NIENTE DI BUONO DA ASPETTARSI.
Se aggiungiamo che quelli di Pasquini vengono a fare i lavori senza appuntamento e senza avvisare in anticipo, e che i prezzi sono fuori mercato, capite che sotto ogni punto di vista potete trovare di meglio altrove.
Serietà, professionalità zero. Fossero in un altro Paese europeo avrebbero già chiuso i battenti da un pezzo, invece qui hanno solo causato delusione e lacrime a una donna invalida di 81 anni. Vergogna.

In our experience I strongly advise against this shop.
My mother was a customer for many years and when she needed an installation, the trouble started.

The owner, an elderly man, pathologically obese and often without a mask in the shop has received such a poor education that he can only scream and interrupt, has been promising for months that the insurance will respond, but we have not received an answer yet and I doubt he has forwarded to the his insurance the opening practice damage because he refuses to tell us the name of the insurance company and practice and promises to call us back but never does. When someone hides something from you in a conspiratorial way, THERE IS NEVER NOTHING GOOD TO EXPECT.
If we add that Pasquini's people come to do the work without an appointment and without warning in advance, and that the prices are out of the market, you understand that from every point of view you can find better elsewhere.
Seriousness, zero professionalism. If they were in another European country they would have closed their doors long ago, but here they have only caused disappointment and tears to an 81-year-old disabled woman. Shame.
