La proprietaria, non più giovanissima, a volte è gentile a volte non ha pazienza, con i clienti ci vuole tanto tatto, saper ascoltare e comunicare con i modi giusti. Lavoro da 33 anni a contatto con il pubblico e perciò mi permetto di dare questo consiglio.
Il Sig. Marco è un uomo eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo con lui.
The fabrics and products they sell are very beautiful and quality, the choice is wide.
The owner, no longer young, is sometimes kind and sometimes has no patience, it takes a lot of tact with customers, knowing how to listen and communicate in the right ways. I have been working with the public for 33 years and therefore I take the liberty of giving this advice.
Mr. Marco is an exceptional man, we had a great time with him.

La signora più volte mi ha accolta sbrigativamente, per usare un eufemismo.
Oggi ho pagato 50€ per 1,40x2 m di viscosa. Il tutto si è svolto con una modalità poco simpatica, in quanto non sono stata avvisata del prezzo del tessuto (infatti mi stavo chiedendo come mai oggi la signora fosse così gentile con me... L'ho scoperto in cassa). Non ci sono cartellini con prezzi fissi/metro visibili, sembra di essere alle bancarelle al mercato.

The lady several times greeted me hastily, to put it mildly.
Today I paid 50 € for 1.40x2m of viscose. Everything took place in an unpleasant way, as I was not warned about the price of the fabric (in fact I was wondering why today the lady was so kind to me ... I discovered it at the checkout). There are no fixed price tags / meter visible, it seems to be at the market stalls.
