Vengono (con quasi due ore di ritardo rispetto all'appuntamento), smontano il tendone, ma non possono completare il lavoro perché il ricambio che hanno non è compatibile; cercano una soluzione (che è banale, si tratta di un piccolo tubo di riduzione per un "quadro") e qualche giorno dopo mi dicono che il costo complessivo diventa di 250 euro. Accetto ma obietto che il rincaro è poco giustificato: le motivazioni addotte non sono convincenti (la "ricerca" della riduzione, che è un ritaglio di un tubo quadro commerciale, la doppia trasferta - sono 15 minuti tra la loro fabbrica e casa mia - ecc ecc).
