La faccio breve non mi hanno cambiato un set da 4 di mutandine per bimba di 2 anni pur avendo cartellino e scontrino dopo 10 giorni dall'acquisto in quanto l'articolo non presentava il filo iniziale dove era attaccato il cartellino. Gli articoli che sono integri , con cartellino , con scontrino e ovviamente non indossati, a livello FISCALE DEVONO ESSERE CAMBIATI!! Trovo veramente assurdo il contrario! Purtroppo non è colpa delle commesse che devono per forza non accettare un reso se manca un filo , la colpa è del titolare che permette tutto ciò! Prossima volta con ago e filo saprò cosa fare e fidatevi che il cambio sará accettato!
Very nice items, shame about the internal company policy! I make it short I have not changed a set of 4 of panties for a 2-year-old girl despite having a tag and receipt after 10 days of purchase since the article did not have the initial thread where the tag was attached. Items that are intact, with a tag, with a receipt and obviously not worn, at the TAX level MUST BE CHANGED !! I find the opposite really absurd! Unfortunately it is not the fault of the orders that must not accept a return if a thread is missing, the fault lies with the owner who allows all this! Next time with needle and thread I will know what to do and trust that the change will be accepted!

La commessa mi ha detto, però, che non si poteva uscire dal camerino per prenderle un’altra taglia e che dovevamo invece uscire e fare la fila nuovamente! Quando mai?! Vestiti a basso costo per i giovani (praticamente tutto sintetico), servizio clienti inesistente.

Con cartellino in mano e scontrino che indicava il codice dello slip non solo non me l'ha voluto cambiare, ma mi ha trattata come una poveraccioa.Bene! Qui chi ha un negozio e tratta così i clienti deve andare a fare un altro lavoro a mio parere!!! Non ci andrò mai più

Allora entro, le ragazze me hanno chiesto se ho bisogno devo chiedere a loro , alla fine ho scelto tutto da solo , alla cassa chiedo se hanno pacco regalo, mi dicono che nn c’è l’hanno, e poi vedo la signora di una certa età che inizia a togliere i reggiseni e le mutande tirandoli dalle grucce e poi buttarli nel sacchetto ammucchiati senza sistemarli.
Ho preferito sempre comprare dal negozio per aiutare i lavoranti e i negozi ma adesso nn lo farò più, comprerò solo da internet.

One star is too much

I have always preferred to buy from the shop to help the workers and the shops but now I will not do it again, I will only buy from the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Può capitare ,se non si becca la taglia giusta,restare più' tempo in un camerino,anche se capisco la regola del max 4 pezzi,trovo di cattivo gusto venire a chiamare una cliente mentre sta provando un vestito,che deve uscire perchè ci sono altre clienti che aspettano,come se l'unico camerino che c'era fosse solo quello dove ero io.
Infatti quei vestiti che dovevo acquistare non li ho più' presi proprio per questo disagio che mi avete messo,tanto cliente in più' cliente in meno,a voi non cambia nulla e io i miei soldi li ho portati dove questi atteggiamenti non ci sono stati.Una stella è anche troppo,bocciati.
